Today, OCVIBE unveiled designs for Orange County’s newest network of parks and plazas. The 20 acres of open space will feature 3 miles of walkable trails, an outdoor public art gallery, new parks and plazas, and a diverse calendar of public programming —all designed to support the greater Anaheim community. Created in collaboration with Fletcher Studio Landscape Architecture + Urban Design and burton studio, these spaces emphasize community and wellness. Public spaces like these create places where people can connect, recharge, and experience a shared sense of belonging. They invite communities to gather and engage with their surroundings, while fostering meaningful connections across generations, cultures, and backgrounds. Each park has a distinct identity. Urban Park reflects the historical agricultural setting of Orange County. South Plaza is the hub for entertainment and sports. Neighborhood Park offers a family-focused sanctuary with meadows and solar system–inspired design. Meadow Park draws inspiration from the Santa Ana River as well as the significant meaning of “Anaheim.”

We are excited to welcome Chef Debbie Lee as our first culinary partner in OCVIBE's 50,000 square foot market hall. Our unique business model, created to remove the financial and operational barriers that often hold new restaurants back, is what allows Chef Debbie to bring two bold new concepts to the Anaheim community. Pado will introduce a Korean-inspired raw and seafood experience, and Mokja will offer a fresh take on Korean street food and café culture. Together, they reflect the type of chef-driven creativity that will define the market hall. Chef Debbie Lee is the first of many innovators who will help build a culinary destination that stands apart in Southern California. With 21 chef-led concepts and 6 bars planned, the market hall will grow into a platform for creativity, culture, and community, becoming a daily amenity for residents, office workers, and visitors when OCVIBE opens in early 2027.
