At Oakley, performance sets the pace—our leaders raise it! Today we celebrate two leaders who set the standard and raised the bar in 2025. Matthew Dockery (2025 Store Manager of the Year) and Anna Castillo (2025 Field Leader of the Year). In recognition of their achievements, Matthew and Anna had the opportunity to attend Super Bowl LX! Throughout the weekend, they spent time with Luigi Ocone, SVP/GM Oakley Retail North America and Luxury House Brands, and corporate leaders at exclusive events, celebrating a year defined by grit, focus, and winning results. Matthew shared, "I don't even know where to start with this out of the world experience I was given. Being able to spend valuable time with important figures in our company made such an impact on me. They were able to push me to want more self-development and cascade my burning passion for Oakley to burn even brighter than before!” We thank Matthew & Anna for their continued drive and leadership. The Oakley store at 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA partnered with Venice Run Club to celebrate the launch of Oakley Meta Vanguard with a community run through the heart of Santa Monica. 🌴👟🕶️ Runners returned to the store for an immersive Vanguard demo and content capture, followed by recovery, music, and drinks.
