A dedicated Cincinnati Children’s nurse and leader for more than 36 years, Carrie has spent her career advancing quality, safety, innovation and access to care for children and families. Most recently, she served as vice president of Patient Services, leading Ambulatory Services, Care Management and Home Care Services. Her appointment also marks an important milestone for our organization. The role formerly known as chief nursing officer is now chief nurse executive, reflecting the expanded enterprise leadership responsibilities of the position and the vital role nursing plays in shaping strategy, innovation and the future of care.
