Last week, the Garden of Dreams Foundation hosted its annual “Back-to-School Dream Day” at Madison Square Garden, kicking off the MSG Family of Companies’ 11th annual back-to-school donation program! Knicks Alumni John Starks, Rangers Alumni Adam Graves, and celebrities including Jaimie Alexander, Bruce ‘Shu Shu’ Carrington, Matthew Modine, Michael Rainey Jr., Chase Sui Wonders, and the Radio City Rockettes attended, providing 350 local youth with brand-new school supplies and gear. Thank you so much to Dunkin' and New Era Cap for supporting the event with fun merch and giveaways!

This week, the Garden of Dreams Foundation celebrated the ribbon cutting of a newly renovated outdoor basketball court and playground at Project Hospitality's Family Shelter on Staten Island. This space was transformed through a $200K Garden of Dreams Community Projects grant and features fun Knicks-themed design elements. Project Hospitality's Chief Executive Officer Rev. Dr. Darlene Williams, Ph.D., D.R.E., DHS Administrator Reesa Henderson, Knicks Legend and Garden of Dreams' Board Member John Starks, Garden of Dreams' Executive Director Julianna Sabra, Project Hospitality's Family Shelter Sr. Childcare Coordinator Angelina Thomas, and young person Zion joined the celebration of this new space, which will provide children and families with a safe, welcoming place to play, connect, and create lasting memories.
