Today we celebrate Tony Ziemba's retirement and thank him for 11 years of dedication to McGard! During his career here, Tony has contributed in both the Screw Machine Department and also as a Coining Press Operator. We are grateful for the hard work, commitment, and experience he brought to our team. Retirement marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter and while we will miss having Tony as part of our team, we are excited for what is ahead for him. Great employees deserved to be celebrated! This week we had the pleasure of treating all three shifts to a catered Dinosaur BBQ lunch as a small way to say thank you to our amazing employees. Every day we see dedication, hard work and commitment from our employees and we are so incredibly grateful for everything that they do. Congratulations to Dennis Sieracki on his well-earned retirement after more than 38 years of dedicated service to McGard! 🎉 👏 Since joining the company, Dennis has made a lasting impact, most notably through his many years as McGard's Quality Assurance Manager. His leadership was instrumental in achieving ISO 9001 certification and in developing the quality systems and processes that have helped drive the company's long-term success. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dennis will always be remembered for his selflessness, kindness, and unwavering commitment to supporting the fight against cancer through his passion for cycling and fundraising efforts. His generosity and dedication have inspired colleagues both inside and outside the workplace. Today we celebrate Claudia Didley on her retirement after more than 27 years with McGard! Since joining McGard, Claudia has worn many hats throughout her career. Most recently, she served as our HR Manager, where she worked tirelessly to support employees and was often the driving force behind many of the events and activities that brought our teams together. Claudia will be greatly missed. She was always someone you could count on to jump in and participate, especially when it came to company events. From dressing up for Halloween to helping create a fun and positive workplace culture, she brought both dedication and personality to everything she did. While we're sad to see her go, we are grateful for the many memories she leaves behind and thankfully, plenty of pictures to remind us of all the fun along the way!
