International Women’s Day is the perfect opportunity to elevate meaningful conversations, inspire action and continue building a more inclusive future. This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” reminds us that when we share our time, voices and resources, we all benefit - resulting in stronger teams and more connected communities. That’s why throughout March, McCormick colleagues around the world celebrated the occasion in impactful and locally meaningful ways, with the support of our regional Women’s International Network (WIN) teams. From a virtual panel discussion and in-person microlearning sessions in APAC, to candid conversations and powerful storytelling across EMEA, the engagement was inspiring to see. Many teams across the globe also took their commitment a step further by organizing charitable donation efforts in support of external organizations focused on women’s empowerment and community well-being. For example, in the U.S., employees joined in a range of initiatives both large and small, including a donation drive and a wellness-focused yoga session.
