Modernizing manufacturing and distribution with smart strategy, better data, and the Microsoft Cloud.
About us
We help manufacturers and distributors fix what’s broken, simplify what’s complex, and modernize their businesses with Microsoft technology. We offer transformative consulting, unified data for business insights, process optimization and automation, AI and advanced decision making, and business application implementation. For over 20 years, we’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with supply chain leaders to solve their problems... from disconnected systems and bad data to clunky workflows and tight margins. Here’s how we help: Strategic Services We align people, process, and technology to drive operational excellence and optimized processes. If it doesn’t hit the P&L, it’s not strategy. Data & AI Services We build data strategies that fuel faster decisions, highly accurate forecasts, and smarter operations. We turn insights into action with embedded AI, intelligent automations, and agentic solutions that act on data (not just report it). Business Application Services We implement and optimize Microsoft’s business apps — Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Power Platform — to streamline operations and cut complexity. Managed Services We keep systems running the way they should. That means proactive support, break-fix help when it’s needed, and expert backlog management. As Microsoft’s top manufacturing and distribution partner and 15x Microsoft Partner of the Year (including 2024 Business Applications US Winner and 2x Global Supply Chain Finalist) we empower manufacturers and distributors to transform with the Microsoft Cloud.

We see this a lot with our clients looking to modernize CX... Warranty claims spike and suddenly the CRM becomes the problem everyone points at. Sales says service owns it. Service says operations owns it. Ops says we can't keep up. Warranty is a perfect example of why lifecycle thinking matters. The customer doesn’t see a handoff between sales, service, and supply chain. They just see one experience (or at least they wish they did!). When the lifecycle is mapped properly, warranty claims stop being a messy afterthought. They become a feedback loop, service data informs product quality, sales gets context, and CX is improved. Our team just wrapped FabCon Atlanta, Microsoft’s annual Fabric conference. Two top takeaways: Agents in Fabric: it’s not a roadmap item anymore. The AI edge no longer comes from the model you pick. It comes from giving agents the context to understand how your business actually runs. The conversation this week was about building, not piloting. Fabric IQ: the one to watch. Microsoft added enterprise planning to it this week. Forecasts, budgets, and scenario models now live inside Fabric alongside your operational data. Not in a separate tool. *Wondering what Fabric can do for your organization? Join us April 14th for a webinar that covers successful customer use cases and MCA Connect experts demonstrating what Fabric can deliver today.* From Good to Great: Unlocking the Full Potential of Microsoft Fabric Tuesday, April 14 · 12:00 PM CT Register Now: https://lnkd.in/dRacGpRk #FABCON2026 #MicrosoftFabric #SupplyChain #DataModernization

Warehouse robotics can drive major efficiency gains, but only when the ROI is clear. In his latest article, Steve Shebuski breaks down how manufacturers should evaluate warehouse automation investments before making the leap. 🔗https://lnkd.in/g8PEVman

Congratulations to Steve Shebuski, named a 2026 Supply & Demand Chain Executive Pro to Know. Steve has spent 25 years helping distributors close the gap between how their operations work and how they could work. He helped design Microsoft's Warehouse Management Only Mode, built order orchestration capability that lives inside Dynamics 365, and he still walks warehouse floors to understand the work before recommending the technology. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/d6a63Kra

87% of data projects fail. Not because of the technology, but because of the strategy behind it. Inside: • Why companies invest in the wrong data strategies • What separates successful data projects from failed ones • A framework to drive measurable ROI from your data initiatives. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/entY8yam
