About us

Lusha is the leader in Sales Streaming – a new sales paradigm that streams top leads straight to salespeople and handles all the outreach, so they can escape the lead grind and just sell. Lusha’s Sales Streaming Platform is built around Sales Playlists that continuously fill up with their ideal prospects – think “Spotify for sales.” With AI doing the heavy lifting, Lusha uncovers great-fit leads salespeople never knew existed and executes tailored, perfectly timed cadences that get meetings booked. And the more you use Lusha, the smarter it gets. With Sales Streaming, salespeople spend most of their time face-to-face with relevant prospects, driving 4-6X more business.

In a world overflowing with AI-generated content, standing out is no longer about scale, it’s about taste. In this sharp perspective, Yael Abukasis, CMO at Lusha challenges marketers to rethink their reliance on automation and rediscover the value of instinct, creativity, and human judgment. From the rise of “AI slop” to the growing importance of brand voice and creative risk-taking, one message is clear: efficiency may win attention, but authenticity earns it. Steal 40+ Plug-and-Play GTM Workflows Built on Lusha!! Most teams don’t have a pipeline problem. They have a data + timing problem. Bad data → wasted outreach Wrong timing → ignored messages So instead of adding more tools, fix the system. What this is: A collection of ready-to-run GTM workflows (“Lusha Plays”) that turn your CRM into a live pipeline engine. No manual research No CSV cleanup No stale lists What you can do with it: Reactivate dead pipeline > Trigger outreach when leads change job > Track promotions & buying power shifts Capture and enrich every lead > Enrich demo requests + chatbot leads in real time > Score + route leads instantly Build pipeline on autopilot > Generate lookalikes from closed-won deals > Auto-create prospect lists Use signals (not guesswork) > Hiring spikes, funding, growth signals > Reach out when timing is actually right Why this works: Instead of: Static lists Generic timing Incomplete data You get: Verified data Real-time signals Automated execution And if you actually want to run these workflows at scale— Lusha is currently giving away a Golden API Key (100,000 credits every week). That’s enough for: 100,000 emails or 20,000 phone numbers or 100,000 signals or even 500,000 lookalikes Basically, everything you need to power these plays without limits. Comment “PLAYS” and I’ll send the workflows + details.

Lusha is one of the OG data providers. I remember using it in my first SDR job back in 2018. They’ve just launched their native Clay integration, so now we’re using it again as GTM Engineers. Here’s a few reasons why 👇 If you’re building outbound systems in Clay, good data sources are everything. And Lusha has always been one of the more reliable ones in the space. Now that it’s natively integrated inside Clay, it becomes really powerful. You can do things like: → Identify companies with hiring surges in real time → Track headcount growth to spot high-growth companies early → Find lookalike accounts based on your closed-won customers → Pull enriched contact data directly into your Clay tables Which means you can build far more dynamic outbound workflows. Instead of just exporting static lists. You can create systems that are constantly discovering new accounts, enriching them, and triggering outreach automatically. We’ve been testing it inside a few Clay builds recently and it’s been working nicely. If you’re building GTM systems in Clay, definitely worth checking out. Most people use Lusha to find contact info. The ones building serious pipelines use it for something much bigger. Here's every Lusha action inside Clay and exactly what to do with each one: Before you start: → Head to Clay's enrichment menu, search "Lusha", and connect your Lusha API key. Once linked, all 10 actions below are live inside your Clay tables instantly. 1. Enrich Person → Drop a name + domain. Get verified email, direct dial, title, and seniority.  Use it: Fill contact gaps in your CRM without ever opening a browser tab. 2. Enrich Company → Domain in. Headcount, industry, revenue range, tech stack out.  Use it: Qualify accounts before your reps waste a single call. 3. Find Person Signals  → Track job changes, promotions, and role shifts on your target contacts.  Use it: Trigger outreach the moment a champion moves to a new company. 4. Find Company News Signal  → Funding rounds, M&A, product launches, and leadership hires all surfaced automatically. Use it: Write openers that reference something real. STOP sending generic cold emails. 5. Find Company Jobs Growth Signal  → Detect when a company's hiring velocity is accelerating.  Use it: Reach out when they're in growth mode, NOT after the budget is gone. 6. Find Company Headcount Growth Signal  → Team expanding fast? That's a buying signal.  Use it: Prioritise accounts that are SCALING over stagnant ones. 7. Find Company Website Traffic Signal  → Traffic spiking = awareness growing = momentum.  Use it: Time your outreach to match when the market is already paying attention to them. 8. Find Company IT Spend Signal  → Know the size of their tech budget before you pitch.  Use it: Stop pitching enterprise solutions to companies with startup budgets. 9. Find Jobs Growth by Location  → They're hiring 8 sales reps in London. Or expanding into Singapore.  Use it: Spot geographic expansion before it's public and be first in the door. 10. Find Jobs Growth by Department  → Engineering up 40%. Finance team doubling. Legal headcount spiking.  Use it: Reach the exact team that's growing with a message built around their specific moment. All of this flows directly into your Clay table. No tab-switching. No manual research. No bad data. The screenshot below is what signal-led prospecting looks like in practice. Save this. Build the workflow. Here's the link: https://lnkd.in/eM5ENHDE Work smarter than the rep sending 500 cold emails a day. #Lushapartner
