🎉 Double celebration alert! 🎉 Happy birthday Justin Guillory - CDI and congrats on five years at Louisiana Cat! Thank you for five years of hard work, growth and dedication to our clients and team. We often wonder what’s running through Justin’s brain on any given day: dozers, excavators, wheel loaders, troubleshooting sequences… probably all at once. Over the past five years, Justin has worked across the business and grown into a trusted Cat® equipment expert. As our Caterpillar Certified Dealer Instructor, he provides practical, hands-on training that helps our clients get the most from their machines. Today, though, we hope no machines are running through his mind and the only heavy lifting he’s doing involves a fork and a very large piece of birthday cake. 🎂

At Louisiana Cat, service goes beyond installation. Steve recently brought his Cat® 265 into our Lacombe store to have several kits and attachments added. Having the machine in our shop gives our team the opportunity to function test every addition, make machine-specific adjustments, and ensure the customer is comfortable with all operating features before returning to the jobsite. It’s an extra step that helps ensure the machine and attachments are working together exactly as they should and that our customers are set up for success from day one. At this week’s New Orleans Saints and Jacksonville Jaguars training camp practice, a Louisiana Cat Rentals scissor lift helped the Saints’ video crew get the elevated perspective they needed to capture the action. Every successful rebuild tells a story of technical expertise, collaboration and commitment to the customer. Louisiana Cat recently completed a Certified Rebuild of a Cat® 980G. Our technicians leveraged their knowledge and expertise to identify the correct components and procedures required to complete the rebuild to Certified Rebuild standards. Their perseverance ensured the machine was returned to service in time for an upcoming harvest, helping our customer maximize uptime during one of the most critical times of the year.
