Water and snacks will be available at select cooling centers while supplies last. ⚠️ Anyone can experience heat illness. Know the signs and take steps to protect yourself and your pets. 🍎 Extreme heat can also impact food safety during power outages, so keep refrigerator and freezer doors closed and discard perishable food that has been above 40 degrees for two hours or more. 👉 More safety tips at longbeach.gov/extremeheat
