The FDA's two-day Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee hearing is now complete, and the outcome is significant: the committee recommended six of the seven peptides under review for inclusion on the 503A Bulk Drug Substances List. While the committee's recommendation is not the final step, it marks meaningful progress toward a safer, more transparent path for peptide access. A regulated pathway creates the opportunity to move these conversations into the healthcare system—where transparency, pharmaceutical-quality manufacturing standards, responsible prescribing, and patient education can replace uncertainty. At Lemonaid Health, we're committed to communicating clearly and transparently as this process continues. We'll continue sharing what we know, what we don't know, and what each step means for our partners and the people they serve.

Yesterday, the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee (PCAC) voted in favor of adding several widely-discussed peptides — including BPC-157, KPV, and TB-500 — to the official 503A Bulk Drug Substances List. The hearing continues today with a second slate of peptides under review. At Lemonaid Health, we're committed to helping our partners navigate what's next with clarity and confidence. That means providing timely updates, trusted clinical guidance, and ready-to-use resources—so organizations can keep their communities informed without having to become the experts themselves. As the regulatory process continues, we're preparing the tools, education, and support our partners need to bring safe, high-quality care to the people they serve when the time is right. If your organization is interested in staying informed as these developments unfold, contact partnerships@lemonaid.com to be included in future partner updates.
