Last month we brought Keller Supply’s entire sales organization together in Bellevue, Washington for our 2026 Sales Meeting. It was a great opportunity to step back as a group and review the successes and lessons from 2025, align on our game plan for 2026, and set our sights on the future of our business and the opportunities ahead. We just wrapped up the final leg of our recent customer ski trips, spending Sunday through Wednesday skiing some of the best terrain around Salt Lake City. This trip brought together customers from Seattle, California, Alaska, and Oregon for three days on the slopes, great conversations, and even better company. This past Friday, November 14, we turned up the heat at our 2nd Annual Chili Cookoff and it was another spicy success! With 6 chili entries from both employees and customers, nearly 40 votes cast, and 11 different pool companies represented, the event was full of flavor and fun. Our vendor sponsor, Mizu/Coverstar, helped make it all happen with great giveaways, prizes, and non-stop engagement at their tabletop throughout the entire 3-hour event. We hosted an all-day Milwaukee Counter Day event at the branch, and it was a hit! After promoting it both in-branch and out in the field, we welcomed over 50 customers and several full crews throughout the day. Even better, customers got to interact directly with Milwaukee's product line seeing the tools in hand, not just in a catalog and had the chance to speak with a knowledgeable rep on-site. Beyond the deals and the food, the event helped drive even more interest in other product lines as well, proving once again how hands-on experiences can turn into real sales momentum.
