Point-in-time supplier reviews were built for a slower world. How you manage supply chain risk today won't just determine efficiency — it could determine survival. In Episode 1 of New Rules to Navigate Supply Chain Risk, we sat down with David Burg, Global Head of Cyber Risk at Kroll, to examine what separates reactive programs from continuous supply chain risk intelligence, and why the gap is costing organizations more than they realize. What we covered: 🔷 The disruption lurking beyond tier 1. 🔷 How static, point-in-time reviews are obsolete within days 🔷 Multi-dimensional risk factors and what you need to quantify them 🔷 AI accelerates insight. It doesn’t replace the judgment to act. If you’re still managing supply chain risk with annual reviews and spreadsheets, this episode is for you. Fewer than 10% of Fortune 1000 companies have visibility into their sub-tier supply chains, and the past year of supply chain and trade policy volatility has exposed how costly that blind spot can be. For optimal supply chain continuity, ERP and operational technology must function as a pure intelligence layer to feed insights back into operations in real time, according to our CEO Theodore Krantz Jr. in his latest article for Supply & Demand Chain Executive. Combined with AI, this tech stack becomes tomorrow’s database for supply chain intelligence. Read more of Ted’s insights below: https://lnkd.in/erUARQgf #SupplyChainRisk #ERP #AI #Innovation

Supply chain risk intelligence is complex. And when it comes to proactively mitigating risks, out-of-the-box AI simply isn't enough. As our Chief Product and Technology Officer Yardley Pohl shared in a recent Forbes Technology Council article, "To do it right, a human in the loop is needed for reinforcement learning and tagging, as well as for improving the predictive quality of signals." We’ve entered a new era of supply chain risk: one where geopolitics, commodity controls, and currency volatility form one, interconnected risk vector with the potential to completely upend supply chain strategy. As our CEO Theodore Krantz Jr. shared in an article for SupplyChainBrain, economic and geopolitical uncertainty are creating price spikes for precious metals, disrupting supply chains for rare earths and other commodities, and splintering global finance and currency. These risks go beyond supply chains alone, impacting corporate margins and operating costs across organizations. Read the full article here for more of Ted’s insights on how to get ahead of these disruptions with visibility and resilience: https://lnkd.in/gjPZEEKk #Geopolitics #SupplyChainRisk #Innovation #RareEarths

In 2026, supply chain risk isn't just an operational concern — it defines enterprise survival. The companies that endure will be the ones that see risk before it materializes, understand its full impact, and act with confidence. We're coming to MODEX 2026 to show you how. After the show, we're hosting an exclusive executive happy hour for a small group of supply chain leaders — limited spots, real margaritas, live steel drum music, coastal bites, and the kind of conversations that don't happen on the show floor. Come relax, unwind, and connect with other supply chain experts. Reserve your spot: https://lnkd.in/e8fR8A49 #MODEX2026 #SupplyChainRisk #SupplyChainRiskManagement

Powerful moment at the NightDragon Innovation Summit 2026: An Allied Cyber and National Security Round Table featuring leaders from 17 countries. 🌍 Sitting in that room, surrounded by senior government officials, CISOs, and innovators from across the globe, drove home a critical truth: Cyber threats don’t respect borders — and neither can our defense. We moved beyond high-level discussion into real dialogue on: • Strengthening public-private partnerships • Protecting critical infrastructure • Building collective resilience against evolving threats in 2026 and beyond In a world of increasing geopolitical tension, moments like this remind us that shared intelligence, aligned strategies, and trusted collaboration across allies are our strategic advantage. Grateful to NightDragon for curating spaces where these conversations can happen openly and productively — and to everyone in the room for the candor and commitment. What’s one insight or challenge you’re seeing in international cyber cooperation right now? If you were at the Summit (or at #RSAC2026 this week), drop your biggest takeaway below 👇 Let’s keep the conversation going. #Cybersecurity #NationalSecurity #AlliedCyber #CriticalInfrastructure #PublicPrivatePartnership #RSAC2026 #NightDragon

Great first day #RSAC2026! Following my presentation, I got to learn from the experts, including Ram Shankar Siva Kumar 🦝 and Camille Stewart Gloster, on securing AI. They spoke to a packed room, highlighting the critical urgency to integrate security with innovation. I also learned about securing drones and got to connect with many colleagues. And there was one great leading indicator of underlying shifts in the industry - waiting lines at the women's bathroom!

According to the World Economic Forum, impact depends on how data is interpreted, shared, and acted on across stakeholders, rather than how much of it exists. When insights stay siloed, even the best data fails to drive prevention of accountability. That’s why forced labor, along with many other supply chain risks, persist despite growing transparency efforts. interos.ai turns disconnected data into shared intelligence, helping organizations move from static reporting to coordinated action across their supply networks. Download the World Economic Forum report to see how connected intelligence is reshaping forced labor prevention: https://lnkd.in/eFnAnhaE #WEF #SupplyChain #ForcedLabor
