  • Most Amazon brands are sitting on a growth channel they barely touch. Not PPC. Not SEO. Affiliate-driven external traffic.     Had a great time jumping on the Sheer Growth Podcast with James Sheerin! Big theme we kept coming back to: Affiliate isn't a "channel" anymore. It's where discovery, influence, and conversion are starting to merge. Most brands still think about affiliate as bottom-of-funnel. Coupons, Cashback, Deals, Last-click, etc. That's outdated. What we're seeing now: → Creators driving discovery → Editors shaping consideration → AI + search influencing decisions before the click → Amazon is converting it all at the end If you're not thinking about affiliate + creator as a discovery engine, you're missing the biggest opportunity in the space right now. This is exactly why we've been leaning so heavily into Performance PR + AI search alongside affiliate. It's all one ecosystem.
