Another great evening with the Minnesota Change Management Network at Horizontal Headquarters last Thursday! We were proud to once again host a MnCMN Change Summit and welcome so many thoughtful leaders from across the Twin Cities change management community. A huge thank you to Denise La Mere-Anderson for an incredibly authentic and engaging conversation around “Igniting Change: The Art of Engaging Heads and Hearts.” Her perspective on trust, co-creation, leadership behaviors, and human-centered transformation clearly resonated with the room and kickstarted fantastic discussions throughout the evening. The best part of these events is the energy that comes from bringing people together. Great conversations, new connections, shared experiences, and plenty of ideas exchanged around what it truly takes to make change stick.
