Priscilla brings more than 25 years of experience across multiple functions, including the past 15 years in the heavy construction industry. Today, she’s leading HOLT CAT’s XAPT ERP journey, with a targeted go-live in 2028, guiding teams through a complex transformation while keeping people at the center. What stands out about Priscilla is her focus on enabling others to do their best work. In an industry where change can be demanding, she prioritizes building trust, aligning teams, and creating clarity even when things feel uncertain. Outside of her role, she’s also deeply committed to giving back through community work, mentorship, and STEM advocacy, helping others grow with confidence and purpose.
