Giving back is an important part of who we are at Hillpointe. We care deeply about the communities where we live and work, and we want to make sure we are giving back in meaningful ways. Recently, our teams put their skills to the test during a friendly competition with a purpose. Split into 15 teams, participants took on five Survivor-esque challenges. With each challenge completed, teams earned a piece of a bike. Once they had collected all the pieces, it was time to work together and assemble children’s bikes.   At Hillpointe, we build apartment homes, but more importantly, we build communities. So, it only seemed fitting that we put our hands to work building something that would help bring joy to children in our own community.   After the bikes were assembled, they were donated to BASE Camp Children's Cancer Foundation, a local Winter Park organization supporting children and families impacted by cancer. Founder and CEO, Terri Jones Robbins, joined us to share her gratitude and explained that the bikes will be gifted to children this holiday season.   Knowing that something our team built together will bring a little extra joy to a child during the holidays is a reminder of why giving back matters. We're still thinking about last week! Our 2026 Leadership Conference was a tremendous success, and one thing is clear; we are truly creating something grand here at Hillpointe.   While the week was filled with educational sessions, inspiring conversations and opportunities to learn from one another, what stood out most was the energy in the room. From meaningful connections and plenty of laughs, to team-building and celebrating the people who make Hillpointe what it is, the room was filled with smiles. We’re heading to the desert! Hillpointe is officially expanding to Arizona, and we’re excited to celebrate another major milestone in our continued growth.   Earlier this month, members of our corporate team made their way to the Phoenix area to visit one of our newest communities currently under construction. While there, the team had the opportunity to see progress firsthand, spend time exploring the area and get to know the community we’re excited to become a part of. Day 3 brought a little bit of everything; reflection, learning, giving back and plenty of celebration as we wrapped up our conference. We kicked off the day with our Marketing team taking the stage to dive deeper into their roles, our brand, and the journey that has helped shape Hillpointe into who we are today. The second half of the day continued with meaningful conversations led by our Learning & Development team before everyone came together for a special give-back experience. Our teams built bikes that were donated to Base Camp Children’s Cancer Foundation, a local Winter Park nonprofit supporting children and families impacted by cancer. To close out an incredible week, we celebrated with a gala and award show recognizing the people who continue to make a difference across our organization. It was another powerful day of learning, connection, giving back, and celebration. Day 2 of the Hillpointe Leadership Conference is definitely one for the books! We kicked off the day with an incredible keynote from former NFL player Jacob Brown, who challenged our team to think differently about leadership through his “Avocado Leadership” concept; a reminder that what’s on the inside matters most. We also welcomed Brandon Moxam, who helped our team dive deeper into their Culture Index and better understand how we each show up, communicate and work together. To round out the day, Steven Campisi, CFA, Kelly Mahoney & our executive team took the stage for a live roundtable discussion, sharing insights, answering questions and giving our team an inside look at the leadership behind Hillpointe. Yesterday has been filled with learning, connection, self-reflection, and meaningful conversations! This week is full of milestones as we had yet another grand opening, this time in Lakeland, FL. Lakeland is a growing market with a strong demand for quality, attainable housing and we're proud to be part of the city’s continued growth. Pointe Grand Lakeland, is yet another reflection of the collaboration, expertise and commitment that goes into every community we build.   A big thank you to all of our teams, partners and the Lakeland community who helped make this milestone possible. We're excited for Pointe Grand Lakeland to become a place for Central Florida residents to call home.

Recently, our finance team came together for their monthly update meeting, a time to align, share updates and look ahead to the new month. Following the meeting, the team took some well-earned time to connect outside of the 'day-to-day' enjoying appetizers, drinks and great conversation.   It's moments like these that exemplify the culture we are creating here at Hillpointe. Today, we're excited to officially announce that Hillpointe is expanding into Kentucky!   Entering a new market is always an exciting milestone and Kentucky represents an important next step for us. With communities planned in two Kentucky cities, we remain focused on our commitment to developing high-quality, attainable housing in markets where there is a strong need for thoughtfully designed communities.   On Monday, we celebrated our first two groundbreakings in Lexington and in Nicholasville.
