Some moments don't happen on a screen. Last week three of our team members Julian Mina, Zane Mitchell, and Katie Bacon stepped away from their desks and into something more important: the waiting room. Partnering with the Prisma Health Foundation, they set up craft stations for kids arriving for medical appointments. For a child walking into a stressful visit, or walking out of one, that moment of joy matters more than we'll ever fully know. This is what Humans In the Loop looks like outside the office and it's exactly who we are. We make moments matter. 💙 #MomentsThatMatter #HITL #HealthcareIT #HumansInTheLoop #CommunityImpact #PrismaHealth #HealthcareITLeaders #Bealeader

We talk often about our belief that #healthcare only works with Humans In the Loop. Blood Cancer United Light the Night puts that belief into practice. It connects our work to the people behind it: the patients, the caregivers, the families navigating some of the hardest chapters of their lives. Walking together and raising money doesn't solve a diagnosis alone, but it does help give hope to those affected by blood cancer. That shared sense of purpose, the kind you can only build by showing up, is what defines our culture at Healthcare IT Leaders. It deepens our team's connection to each other and to the reason we do this work. If you're walking this year, we'd love to see you on the path. And if this cause speaks to you, consider joining us in October. Last night, I had the privilege of attending the Light the Night Leadership Kickoff alongside Vicki Goth, and I left reminded of exactly why this partnership matters. Did you know that every every 3 minutes someone is diagnosed with blood cancer? Every lantern tells a story - a #supporter, a #survivor, and in #rememberance. We heard from two survivors that emphasized the goal is not to just have more survivors but more thrivers. Healthcare IT Leaders is a proud sponsor of Blood Cancer United Light the Night and Leading Lights Lounge. Our team has raised more than $200,000 walking in support of patients and families fighting blood cancers. This year, we're showing up again because this is one of those moments that matters. Thank you to Blood Cancer United, Caroline Barber, and to every person who carries a lantern in honor of someone they love. #MomentsThatMatter #HITL #HealthcareIT #LightTheNight #BloodCancerUnited #HumansInTheLoop #Healthcare

Healthcare is a human business. That’s why we do what we do: to protect the moments that matter most. In a recent feature in Healthcare IT Today, our Managing Director of Healthcare Informatics, Dedera (DJ) Tucker, MSN, RN, APRN, CNS, LSSGB Tucker, reminds us that achieving meaningful patient data access requires a holistic approach. From Oracle Health and Epic configurations to patient-facing literacy, we must solve for every layer of the data experience. As DJ puts it, “Get any one of those wrong and you haven’t solved the problem, you’ve just moved it.” Check out the full article here: https://lnkd.in/gUWRhNye #healthcare #healthcareinformatics #HITL #Momentsthatmatter #patientoutcomes

UKG Pro WFM implementations that go well have one thing in common, the hard decisions were made before day one. Who owns what. Who needs to be protected to do it. Where the gaps are, and how they'll be filled. Our VP of WFM & ERP Solutions, Brian Myers, PMP, has seen every phase of these projects. He wrote down the 7 things worth getting right before your implementation kicks off. https://lnkd.in/gtuqwv3j #momentsthatmatter #HITL #HealthcareIT #UKG #HumansInTheLoop

There's no such thing as a routine moment in healthcare. Every system, every workflow, every go-live either protects the moments that matter or puts them at risk. That's why Healthcare IT Leaders puts the right humans inside those moments. In part two of our story, Courtney Driscoll, MBA discusses how these moments define our work at Healthcare IT Leaders. Fifteen years ago, we started with a simple belief: healthcare only works with humans in the loop. Today, we're sharing Part 1 of a two-part story from Courtney Driscoll, MBA about what 15 years of healthcare IT taught us about our brand, our mission, and why the human element is a differentiator. Behind every system upgrade, every clinical workflow optimization, every implementation that keeps a health system running there's a moment that changes someone's care. We exist to make those moments matter. Over 600 hospitals and health systems have trusted us to be in the room when it counts because of the people who configure it, implement it, and support it with real healthcare IT expertise. This week we held our Continuous Managed Services Q2 Town Hall at Healthcare IT Leaders. It was a powerful reminder of why I’m so proud of this team! Over 30% year-over-year revenue growth Six client go-lives across multiple platforms 52 new team members added in Q1 alone Expansion into Epic, Oracle (Fusion), Workday managed services But growth like this doesn’t happen without great people. Recognizing the team (my favorite part!) From Client Services and Operations to Informatics, Clinical Service Desk, and our new business expansion the commitment, collaboration, and ownership I see every day continues to set this group apart. The feedback we’re hearing from clients reinforces that we’re delivering not just services, but trust and partnership.
