  • In honor of International Women’s Day, we were proud to come together at HARIBO to reflect on this year’s global theme, Give to Gain. Our Women’s Business Resource Group hosted a panel discussion exploring leadership growth, self-confidence, sponsorship, ambition, and allyship. Panelists shared candid stories about what shaped them, generosity that accelerated careers, and the mindset shift from competition to collaboration. The conversation reinforced something critical to our business: Connection drives performance. High-performing organizations are built on more than strategy; they’re built on people who invest in one another. When leaders intentionally sponsor talent, when peers advocate across functions, and when we create space for emerging voices to be heard, we strengthen decision-making, accelerate execution, and unlock innovation.   • At HARIBO, we believe iconic brands grow by showing up in authentic ways. Last week at the United Center, our team did just that. After learning that Toni Braxton loves HARIBO Goldbears before taking the stage, our team created a surprise backstage experience to celebrate the moment with Toni, Boyz II Men, New Edition and their teams. The evening extended to a curated treat table, customized merch and a special visit from Goldbear. We brought the fun to everyone by making sure the 15,000 concert-goers left with their very own Goldbears bags. Moments like this bring us back to our purpose: to inspire childlike happiness in everyday moments, everywhere people gather.
