Access to care, and the workforce behind it, continues to grow in the Inland Northwest. MultiCare Health System is opening a new adult primary care clinic in Spokane, designed not only to serve patients, but to train the next generation of physicians. The new Internal Medicine Residency Clinic will expand access to care while helping address the region’s physician shortage. The program will welcome its first class of residents in 2027 and grow to as many as 24 physicians in training by 2030. This investment is a win for our region—strengthening healthcare capacity, building a local talent pipeline, and ensuring more residents can access the care they need close to home.

For Member Monday this week, we’re proud to highlight Central Pre-Mix Concrete Co.—a trusted leader in construction materials across the Inland Northwest.  From roads and bridges to large-scale development, their work quite literally lays the foundation for our region’s growth. One standout example is their contribution to the Spokane Falls Tower project—a stunning addition to downtown Spokane that’s helping meet the growing demand for multifamily housing while enhancing the city’s skyline.  Projects like Spokane Falls Tower showcase not only technical expertise, but a commitment to building vibrant, livable communities right here in our region.
