Last week, Genesys Works Nashville celebrated its inaugural Draft Day, marking the successful completion of eight weeks of summer training for our very first cohort of young professionals. These 14 students are now preparing to begin year-long, paid internships with our founding corporate partners—turning months of hard work into meaningful career opportunities. This moment represents more than the start of internships. It represents the launch of new possibilities for students, employers, and the Nashville community.
