For 50 years, Apple has shaped how the world experiences technology: making it simpler, more human and culturally relevant.   In the early 1980s, Apple tapped frog to redefine not only how consumer technology should look, but how it was meant to feel. Partnering with frog founder Hartmut Esslinger, the collaboration forever set a new standard for clean, approachable product design by challenging the cold, impersonal aesthetics of the day with a singular philosophy: form follows emotion.   Introduced with the Apple IIc, the resulting “Snow White” design language featured white surfaces, horizontal lines and soft curves that made cutting-edge technology truly personal and inviting. It reinforced a powerful idea for its time: products should not only function, but inspire.   Apple founder Steve Jobs valued the work with frog so deeply that he funded a years-long exclusive collaboration with the firm. It’s a partnership that brought frog from the Black Forest of Germany to the Bay Area, to the global reach we have today. From the Apple IIc to the NeXTcube and more, these milestones helped lay the foundation for the design DNA that continues to define Apple. We’re proud to have partnered with Apple to shape the design system and products that defined an entire industry. Here’s to five more decades of innovation!   #ThinkDifferent #MakeYourMark

What an incredible week at NVIDIA GTC 2026, where we had the chance to show how design makes emerging technology feel truly human.   From March 16–19, visitors stopped by Booth 171 to see how Capgemini and NVIDIA are working together to translate rapidly evolving intelligence into meaningful, scalable systems that can shape how we live and work.   🐸 A highlight of the week was the debut of frog’s Nome - a physical AI concept designed to explore how intelligent systems might express presence, posture, and behavior within everyday spaces. Nome invited attendees to rethink how AI can exist not just as a tool, but as a companion with a sense of spatial awareness and personality.   Thank you, Brian Heater, for stopping by for an interview, and also to everyone who engaged with us, shared insights, and imagined new futures alongside the team. If you missed it or want to dive deeper, learn more about Nome here ➞ https://fro.gd/405nBnx   #MakeYourMark #PhysicalAI

If healthcare is an orchestra, which role does AI play in the creation of a masterpiece?  Healthcare innovation often behaves like a solo performance: a new tool, a dashboard, a pilot. But care is not a solo effort.     Patients carry the melody. Clinicians set the rhythm. Processes form the score. Too often, these elements are designed in isolation, creating friction instead of harmony. Fragmented journeys erode trust. Burnout becomes systemic risk. Digital layers add complexity instead of clarity.     One thing is certain: AI only creates value when integrated into coherent, human-centered workflows.  In our latest Design Mind article, we explore ways to create harmony in healthcare systems. Find out how service design and AI can move from isolated notes to a chorus of care.
