  • Throughout Women’s History Month, our EmpowHERed Employee Resource Group brought teammates together for a series of events, each with a clear focus on leadership, connection, and growth. As part of the programming, EmpowHERed hosted a Leadership Series session with Dr. Leslie Allen, Senior Director of Loss Prevention. The discussion encouraged teammates to reflect on their individual strengths and explore how sharing those strengths can build confidence, strengthen collaboration, and deepen connection across teams. The month also included a global Women’s History Month panel, bringing together women leaders at different stages of their careers, including Foot Locker President Ann Freeman. The conversation centered on a Give to Gain mindset, how supporting one another in everyday ways expands opportunity, strengthens leadership, and multiplies impact across the organization. Thank you to our EmpowHERed teammates for leading these thoughtful and impactful experiences.     We’re excited to announce our partnership with DoorDash, bringing Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs Sports directly to your door through on-demand retail delivery.    With nearly 1,300 locations across Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs Sports in the U.S. now available on the DoorDash app, consumers can access the latest footwear styles and everyday head-to-toe looks for the whole family and have their favorites delivered quickly and conveniently.    To celebrate the launch, now through 3/22/2026, DoorDash consumers will receive $25 off eligible orders of $100 or more for Foot Locker and $20 off eligible orders of $80 or more for Kids Foot Locker & Champs Sports at participating Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, and Champs Sports store locations.     During this year’s Black History Month, our B.U.I.L.D. (Blacks United in Leadership and Development) ERG brought teammates together for meaningful conversations on impact, innovation, and influence. We kicked off the month with a virtual fireside chat featuring Chicago-based cultural educator and urban historian Sherman “Dilla” Thomas, who reminded us that Black History Month is American history viewed through the lens of African Americans. In recognition of the 100-year anniversary of Black History Month, the conversation highlighted lesser-known stories and the lasting influence of Black leaders and creators on culture and industry today. We concluded the month with Fresh Fits and Kicks, a dynamic panel exploring how Black creativity continues to shape sneaker culture, storytelling, and authentic collaboration. Moderated by Dion Walcott, founder and president of MARTK'D, the discussion featured insights from Jae Tips, Jay McKay, and Tausha Quan on innovation, representation, and recognizing your value in the spaces you enter.   • The Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program is now accepting applications! We’re proud to support 20 exceptional high school seniors who demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship, and a commitment to making an impact in their communities. Since 2011, we’ve celebrated education and excellence by awarding scholarships annually to outstanding student-athletes. This year, 19 students will each be awarded $5,000 per year, and one student will be selected as the Ken C. Hicks Scholar, receiving $6,250 per year.   • During NBA All-Star Weekend in LA, our Community & Impact team shifted the spotlight beyond the main stage, bringing Community Day to our Foot Locker Downey, CA store and creating space for local families and young people to connect through sport, creativity, and opportunity. The day began with a hands-on design workshop alongside Pensole Lewis College with youth from Her Game and continued with on-court basketball drills led by the Los Angeles Sparks, bringing together learning, movement, and mentorship. Custom airbrushed basketballs, free haircuts, live music, meals, and youth-focused activities helped transform the store into a place where community showed up in real time. Our Stripers played a huge role in making it all happen, guiding families, supporting programming, and bringing steady energy throughout the day. Moments like these reflect how we continue investing in the communities we serve and creating experiences that extend far beyond the game.   • We’re proud to mark the fifth year of the Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program in partnership with Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). This year, the Foot Locker Foundation is investing $1.26 million in 20 community organizations across 11 cities, supporting programs that advance education, mentorship, health, and youth development. Over the past five years, nearly $6.4 million has been committed through this partnership, helping strengthen local nonprofits and expand access to opportunities for young people nationwide. Through hands-on engagement and community collaboration, we continue working alongside organizations that are creating lasting impact where it matters most.   • Foot Locker turned up the heat at NBA All-Star 2026, marking our third consecutive year and biggest activation yet. The Foot Locker Takeover brought basketball, culture, and community together through a multi-brand immersive experience celebrating sneaker culture at its finest. At L.A. LIVE, fans enjoyed nonstop programming featuring athlete appearances, exclusive product launches, customization, and surprise moments throughout the weekend, including visits from Anthony Edwards, Jayson Tatum, and more. Our impact extended across Los Angeles with a Kids Foot Locker pop-up at NBA Crossover, inspiring mural installations, and community moments at local stores. We were also proud to serve as an associate partner of the 2026 NBA HBCU Classic Presented by AT&T, where the Foot Locker Foundation donated $25,000 to each participating university.
