I reviewed a project where a company had filed a materialman's lien on the property of our client. I asked #LOIS to provide a timeline and summarize the communications about cancelling the lien. This would have taken a significant amount of time to review emails and construct the timeline on my own. Because of the help from #LOIS, I significantly reduced that time and used the output to create a demand letter. We received the cancellation the following day, even though we had been communicating about it for over a year. Being able to include a concise, clear, and complete timeline aided in getting the result our client desired. Thank you Filevine for a great product.
