We make hiring talent easier. Connecting talent to DTC brands and agencies.

About us

E-commerce Talent Acquisition eCommerce brands and marketing agencies are only as good as the people who work at them. Unfortunately, most CEOs run into one of these problems: 1. They don’t know how to recruit top talent. 2. They know how, but they’re too busy to make it happen. 3. They take on too much responsibility themselves and end up burned out. Whichever one you have, our job is solving it. Some reasons that we might be your agency: • We're ecom specialists, not general recruiters. • We tailor the search to your exact preferences and company culture. • We have a ton of talent to choose from our existing network. • We can quickly find and assess new talent too. Best of all, we don’t get paid until you find the perfect employee, so working with us is risk-free.

Anthropic just revealed that 80% of their production code is now authored by Claude. Which has led to an 8x increase in code shipped per engineer. Everyone's talking about what this means for developers. But I'm thinking about what it means for the rest of us doing knowledge work. If AI can handle complex coding, why are we still fighting with slides at midnight? That's why I switched to Gamma. You describe what you need. It handles layout, spacing, visual hierarchy. For founders pitching next week. Consultants building proposals late at night. Marketers who need decks that don't look like 2019. Let AI do the heavy lifting while you focus on the ideas. Every once in a while, I see something in email and go… huh, why isn't this already how it works? This is one of those. It's called Allan, and the first time someone walked me through it, I had the same reaction I had the first time I saw a Meta ad set auto-optimize creative: wait, why isn't email already doing this? Here's the idea: Your designer stops building emails. They build blocks (heros, body copy, CTAs, product modules). Allan sits on top of your ESP and assembles a different email per subscriber at send time. Every element becomes part of a live multivariate test. You've been sending one email to 50,000 people who have literally nothing in common. Allan sends 50,000 versions and lets the data sort it out. Same infrastructure. Completely different outcome. Definitely worth a look → getallan.com

  • Excuses feel easy today. Results feel better tomorrow. If we flip the script, so often these mindset traps we've been facing can be easily eliminated. (Credit: Jen Blandos) Next time you feel one of these, try flipping the script: Joy steals stress ↳ How often do you feel stressed when you're truly joyful? It's much harder for the two to coexist. ↳ Ask yourself: How can you bring more joy into your life to ease your stress? Growth hinders ego. ↳ Ego is one of the biggest blockers to personal and professional success. ↳ Are you open to feedback, learning from mistakes, and growing from others' perspectives? Progress blocks fear. ↳ Fear thrives in inaction. But every step forward - no matter how small - shrinks fear. ↳ What’s one bold move you can make to overcome fear today? Results block excuses. ↳ Excuses feel comfortable until you see the power of results. ↳ What small win can you achieve today to silence your excuses? Clarity stops overthinking. ↳ Overthinking creates hesitation. Clarity comes when you act. ↳ What’s one decision you’ve been avoiding that you can resolve today? Opportunities block hesitation. ↳ Hesitation often makes us miss the best chances. ↳ Where can you say yes to an opportunity and stop second-guessing yourself? Momentum defeats procrastination. ↳ Procrastination loses its grip the moment you create momentum. ↳ Take one bold step today, no matter how small, to shrink your fear. Remember - anything is possible - if YOU decide to make it happen.

Amazon generates over $600 billion a year. Jeff Bezos believes many companies waste time in meetings. So he built a different system. (Credit to Natan Mohart) 6 simple rules that helped Amazon move faster, make better decisions, and stay customer-obsessed as it scaled. 1. The Two-Pizza Rule ↳ If two pizzas can’t feed the group, it’s too big. Fewer people → faster decisions, clearer focus. 2. No PowerPoint ↳ Slides oversimplify. Bezos required written memos. Writing forces clarity. Slides disguise flaws. 3. Start With Silence ↳ Every meeting begins with 15–20 minutes of silent reading. Everyone starts informed, no posturing, no guessing. 4. Leave an Empty Chair ↳ One seat always stays open. It represents the customer, a reminder of who really matters. 5. Encourage Disagreement, Then Commit ↳ Debate is encouraged before decisions. But once decided, the team commits fully. No passive resistance. 6. End With Clear Ownership ↳ Every meeting ends with action. Who’s doing what and by when must be 100% clear. Tired of meetings that go nowhere? Save this post. Share it with your team. Use even 2 of these rules and watch your meetings transform.

If you're anything like me... for months, your entire AI use case has been: "make this subject line a little more fun, please." And I genuinely thought I was crushing it. Then it hit me: most of us are using AI to just... rewrite the email. Not to audit the flow that's underperforming. Not to build the segment of two-time buyers who went cold last month. Not to look at our attribution and tell us which campaign to axe. That's the actual job. We've just been outsourcing the easy 10%. The reason it feels out of reach is that the AI has to live inside your ESP, not in a tab next to it. Which is exactly what Omnisend's MCP does. It plugs it into your AI and the whole operational layer opens up. If you've been using AI to make your emails 12% friendlier, you're not behind. You're just one toggle away. I highly recommend you check it out. Might change your whole strategy. https://lnkd.in/gucv3VRA

Your audience knows. They're filtering out AI-sounding content before they even finish reading it. And here's the reality. We all so badly want to use AI to write. The speed is real. But so too is the trade-off. At the end of the day, most AI-generated content just doesn't land well. It's often too robotic, generic, and obviously not you. Either you write everything yourself and stay slow. Or you use AI and sound like everyone else. If you've been stuck in this cycle, this is what I recommend to get the best of both worlds: Use Walter Writes AI MCP. It's an AI humanizer built right into Claude. You draft with AI, and Walter rewrites it in your voice. Your phrasing. Your examples. Your brand. You get the speed. Your audience gets you. Talk about a win-win. • Waiting for the perfect plan? You’ll still be waiting next year. Most people think success comes from being ready. (Credit: Simon Koerner) They wait for more experience. More knowledge. More certainty. But here’s the truth: You don’t learn by waiting. You learn by doing. You can’t master driving in a parked car. You can’t build a business by brainstorming forever. You can’t become a leader by waiting to be "ready." Success isn’t about perfect timing. It’s about starting before you feel prepared. Want to move faster toward success? Do this: 1️⃣ Take imperfect action. Start messy. Fix along the way. Waiting for perfect kills progress. 2️⃣ Trust that skills grow with experience. You don’t need all the answers to begin. Learning happens during the journey, not before. 3️⃣ Prioritize speed over certainty. The faster you start, the faster you learn. No plan survives first contact with reality. 4️⃣ Make failure your teacher, not your excuse. Every mistake brings valuable lessons. Adjust, improve, and keep going. 5️⃣ Surround yourself with action-takers. Your environment shapes your mindset. Spend time with doers, not doubters. 6️⃣ Measure progress, not perfection. Small steps compound into big wins. Consistency beats flawless execution. Remember: You don’t need a perfect map. You just need to start the engine. Because success doesn’t wait for you to feel ready. It rewards those who begin anyway. So, what’s one thing you’ve thought not to be ready for?

One thing I’ve learned over the years in business: The strongest people are rarely the ones who know the most. They’re the ones who never stop learning. (Credit to Victoria Repa) Many people think confidence means always having the answer, and looking like the smartest person in the room. But that isn’t strength. Often, it’s ego disguised as confidence. Because truly strong people don’t need to know everything. They need to keep learning. → They ask questions. → They listen carefully. → They change their mind when they see something better. → And they don’t treat feedback as a threat to their value. They see it as part of what helps them become better. That is what makes a person teachable. Not passivity. Not constant self-doubt. Not the absence of their own opinion. But enough openness to be corrected, to improve, and to grow beyond their current limits. The moment someone thinks they know enough, their growth slows down. And over time, that mindset becomes very expensive. In leadership, business, relationships, and life. Being wrong isn’t bad. What’s dangerous is staying the same because pride stopped you from learning. That is why being teachable is one of the clearest signs that a person is still growing.

I'm going to make a bold prediction: In 18 months, "going to your retention dashboard" is going to sound the way "burn it to a CD" sounds now. Omnisend just made a big move in that direction. They shipped their MCP... in plain English, that means your ESP can now be operated within ChatGPT directly - reports, segments, campaigns, flows. You type. The AI helps you operate. Your work gets done. You're not asking the AI just for advice. You're actually handing it the wheel. Stop going to your retention dashboard today: https://lnkd.in/giRWbXAe
