Your AI Agent Has a Memory Problem Most AI agents start from zero every single session. DeepLearning.AI's new course with Oracle, "Agent Memory: Building Memory-Aware Agents," teaches you how to fix that by building a fully stateful agent from scratch. Check it out: https://hubs.la/Q049D48Z0

When processing long contexts, large language models often lose track of details or devolve into nonsense. Researchers reduced these effects by managing context externally. MIT’s Alex L. Zhang, Tim Kraska, and Omar Khattab developed Recursive Language Models (RLMs) that process long prompts encountered in books, web searches, and codebases by offloading prompts to an external environment and managing them programmatically. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve completed the "PyTorch for Deep Learning" Professional Certification from DeepLearning.AI! Through this three-course professional certificate, I’ve learned from Laurence Moroney (Director of AI at arm) to professionally handle challenges deep learning engineers face daily. Insights from him have been instrumental. I learned how to design efficient architectures, use transfer learning to fine-tune pretrained models, and apply interpretability techniques to understand model behavior better. I also practiced preparing optimized, portable models using ONNX and tracking my experiments with MLflow, while mastering modern AI techniques like pruning and quantization. The courses were concluded by hands-on projects focused on Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing. Very excited to keep applying these skills to build great products!

Apple introduced AToken, a model that uses a shared tokenizer and encoder to process and generate images, videos, and 3D objects in one unified framework. The multimodal approach beats or rivals specialized models in performance and helps transfer knowledge transfer across media types, potentially reducing training data needs and improving applications. CEOs are wasting millions on AI. Here's why. 💸 CEOs are pouring millions into AI, but simply swapping a human for an AI agent in the middle of a broken process won't change your business. True AI transformation requires an end-to-end workflow redesign. Don't just use AI to make the old way faster—use it to build a completely new experience. Ready to build AI workflows that actually move the needle? DeepLearning.AI offers free short courses to help you master agentic workflows and the latest AI tools. DeepSeek denied Nvidia and AMD early access to its upcoming DeepSeek-V4 while sharing the model with Huawei. The move highlights growing geopolitical friction between the U.S. and China, as export controls only have limited ability influence global competition for advanced hardware. Thank you for your wonderful support for our DeepLearning.AI Builder Night — Tokyo 🇯🇵 We brought together AI builders, founders, and engineers to build real applications in just a few hours. No slides. No theory. Just building. It was amazing to see teams go from idea → prototype → demo while getting feedback from global leaders and enterprise judges. 🏆 Winning Teams from Builder Night Tokyo What impressed me most wasn’t just the demos, it was how fast ideas turned into real prototypes. 🥇 smartyPants The question you wish you’d asked https://lnkd.in/g-7a6SVS 🥈 Hack and Chill "Nemawashi" — using Voice AI to gather and synthesize expert consensus https://lnkd.in/gvbaztmp 🏆 3rd Place (Joint) • Facility Revolution • StackUpAI (Due to a post-event review of scoring, we are recognizing both teams as joint 3rd place.) Huge respect to every team that showed up and built. What I’m seeing is clear: • Tokyo is ready. • Builders are here. • And they want to create — not just learn. We’re building something bigger: A global AI builder ecosystem across Tokyo, San Francisco, and New York. This is just the beginning. If you're building in AI — let’s connect. #AIBuilders #StartupCommunity #DeepLearningAI #TokyoTech #Hackathons #Tokyohackathons Special thanks: _Ariana Faustini Ashwyn Sharma Andrew Ng Gaurav Surtani Ray Banks Nikki Angco Ariel, Yu-An L.
