I converted a GPT prompt into a Claude skill that turns a DPA into a privacy risk report before you sign. Here’s what you do (and what comes back): Upload the DPA. What comes back is a structured review of the exact clauses privacy teams usually have to chase down manually. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬: 1/ Roles, scope of processing, and vague data use language 2/ Subprocessors, notice rights, and objection rights 3/ International transfer terms like SCCs, IDTAs, and DPF language 4/ Security commitments and breach notification timelines 5/ DSR support, retention, deletion, and audit rights 6/ Liability caps, indemnities, and AI/ML training provisions 𝐈𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐬: 1/ An overall risk rating 2/ A go, conditional go, or no-go recommendation 3/ Clause-by-clause findings 4/ A compliance matrix across GDPR, CPRA/CCPA, and HIPAA 5/ Suggested redlines 6/ Follow-up questions to send the vendor Most DPA risk is not in the obvious language. It is in the clauses that are vague enough to get through procurement, and painful enough to surface later. This turns that first-pass review into something you can do in minutes instead of hours.
