We were honored to cater last week’s Bridge to Brilliance event at Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, celebrating and uplifting the voices of incredible women. Thank you to all the amazing vendors, organizers, and speakers whose powerful words and dedication made the day so inspiring. It was a privilege for Constellation Culinary Group to support such a meaningful event and help create a space where women’s achievements, leadership, and empowerment could truly shine. Grateful to have been part of a day filled with community, inspiration, and brilliance.💜

We were honored to curate an exceptional culinary experience for an inspiring afternoon at the Pérez Art Museum Miami’s 17th Annual Corporate Luncheon. Surrounded by South Florida’s business and cultural leaders, the afternoon seamlessly blended philanthropy, connection, and creativity. We were proud to play a role in enhancing the guest experience through cuisine that complemented meaningful conversations, networking, and celebration. Congratulations to this year’s Corporate Honoree, Podhurst Orseck, for their lasting impact and continued support of the arts. We’re truly grateful to contribute to an event that supports arts education and helps strengthen the cultural fabric of our community.

We’re incredibly grateful to share that Constellation Culinary Group has received a 2026 CATIE Award for our 1950s “TV Dinner” station from Love Is in the Air 2025! Our 1950s room, featuring the entrée course, celebrated mid-century American nostalgia with elevated “TV Dinners” served from a custom façade with functioning “microwave doors,” inviting guests to open, discover, and dine. The station blended playful design inspired by classic 1950s television and film with a refined Midcentury Modern aesthetic, while the menu honored the era with fork-friendly dishes designed for a seamless reception-style experience. This recognition is a true reflection of the collaboration between our creative, culinary, operations, and sales teams who brought this interactive concept to life from idea to execution. Thank you to everyone who made this moment possible, and to the CATIE Awards for the honor! 🤍
