About us

Circuit transforms deep expertise and technical documentation into one intelligent engine for quoting, field service, and support. Mastering complex industrial products and systems takes years — Circuit makes sure that knowledge compounds across the entire business. Founded in 2024 by leaders from Silicon Labs, one of the world's leading semiconductor companies, including former CEO Tyson Tuttle. After decades of watching SaaS get built for SaaS, we decided to build something that actually works the way industrial teams do. Purpose-built AI for manufacturing and service organizations.

Updates

  • Nothing brings the team together quite like a good BBQ and a grill master in his element. 🔥🍖 Principal SRE Lead Eric Trevino was back at it again this month, serving up brisket and ribs that somehow keep raising the bar. And yes, we made it official—he’s now got his own Circuit-branded cooking apron. We also celebrated Ryan Joyce’s birthday, making it an all-around great afternoon with the team. #LifeAtCircuit #TeamBBQ #CompanyCulture

  • Big welcome to Reid Miller, who’s joining Circuit as a Senior Solutions Engineer! Reid’s background spans pre-sales and implementation in manufacturing and industrial environments, where he’s led discovery, built tailored demos, supported POCs, and translated operational pain points into clear solution narratives. At Circuit, he’ll partner closely with customers to translate technical detail into guided workflows, helping teams improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and drive better outcomes across manufacturing operations. Great to have you on board, Reid. 👍

  • Circuit’s Ryan Joyce was on the ground at FacilitiesNet/NFMT last week speaking with leaders across facilities, maintenance, HVAC, and construction. AI adoption looks very different in operational industries. Most teams are focused on keeping systems running day to day, not experimenting with new tools or redesigning workflows. The push for AI is often coming from the top down, but the people doing the work do not have time for long integrations or complex software. That is why Circuit focuses on turning technical documentation into guided workflows so teams can move faster and start seeing value from day one. #NFMTEast2026 #FacilitiesManagement #AIWorkflows

  • Great to welcome Josh F. to Circuit as a Staff Frontend Engineer. Josh has spent more than a decade building web applications and partnering closely with product and design teams to turn ambitious ideas into intuitive, reliable user experiences. At Circuit, he’ll shape the frontend architecture behind our core product, turning complex data into structured, user-friendly interfaces. He’ll also help scale the platform to support manufacturers and service teams as they bring trusted AI into the workflows that power how they sell, support, and collaborate. Welcome to Circuit, Josh. Let’s go. ⚡

  • As more organizations roll out Circuit across entire teams, dealer networks, and partner ecosystems, access, automation, and identity become critical. Our Senior PM Jake S. shares some of the newest capabilities of our  platform, including group-based access controls, agent-initiated workflows triggered by real-world events, and Microsoft single sign-on. These updates help organizations manage permissions at scale, automate responses across systems, and meet enterprise IT requirements while keeping the experience simple for users. #EnterpriseAI #WorkflowAutomation #ProductUpdate Read more: https://lnkd.in/gR5-pRAt

  • We were excited to see our Founder and CEO Tyson Tuttle join discussions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Powering AI conference and the Texas Futures Summit at SXSW. As AI moves into the real economy, the focus is shifting to the infrastructure required to support it, including the growing energy demand from data centers. ⚡

AI demand and adoption were front and center in two recent panels I joined at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Powering AI conference and the Texas Futures Summit during SXSW. One theme that stood out to me is how physical this AI cycle has become. The AI conversation is moving beyond models and software to the infrastructure needed to run them, like data centers, semiconductors, and especially energy. As deployment accelerates, the challenge is not just building more capability. It is powering that growth and integrating AI into real workflows across the economy. Texas is well positioned for this moment with the energy resources and innovation ecosystem to support the next phase of AI. #AIInfrastructure #BuiltInTexas #DataCenters Mark Wynne, Dylan Bolden, Amy Chapel, Prag Mishra, Shanna Brownstein, John Pflueger, and Olivia Dell

  • There’s something special about Friday lunches at Circuit, especially when the beautiful Austin weather shows up, and we can take things outside. ☀️ Time away from our screens gives us a chance to reset, share ideas, and connect beyond the day-to-day work. Those moments of conversation and fresh air always find their way back into how we collaborate and build together as a team. #LifeatCircuit #CompanyCulture #ATXTech

  • The Circuit team spent a few days walking the floor at CONEXPO-CON/AGG in Las Vegas speaking with equipment manufacturers, dealers, and service teams, and one challenge came up again and again: how do you get the right technical knowledge to the people who need it, exactly when they need it? Teams described tracking down internal experts for technical questions because specifications, manuals, and engineering details are spread across systems and departments. The expertise exists, but accessing it quickly is the challenge. At Circuit, we turn technical documentation into an AI knowledge layer so teams can find the information they need in seconds. #CONEXPOCONAGG2026 #LifeAtCircuit #OperationalResilience Ryan Joyce Cole Anderson Andrew Reese
