In September 2026, Buffoli Transfer & Buffoli Industries will bring their technological vision to two of the world’s leading manufacturing exhibitions: #IMTS in Chicago, in collaboration with Buffoli North America, and #AMB in Stuttgart, in collaboration with HB TURNKEY GmbH. Manufacturers in North America and Europe are facing the same challenge: replacing traditional multi-spindle machines with a new generation of flexible, automated and digitally connected production systems. The objective is to accelerate the adoption of a new manufacturing model capable of combining high-volume productivity, flexible bar machining, processing of different and demanding materials, rapid changeovers, integrated automation, unmanned production, and technologies designed for the next generation of operators, technicians and engineers. #IMTS 2026 – Chicago Buffoli Transfer will participate in IMTS 2026 in collaboration with Buffoli North America, from September 14–19, at McCormick Place. At IMTS, the focus will be on the transition from traditional multi-spindle screw machines to modern Buffoli bar-fed manufacturing systems, particularly the TRANS-BAR platform. THE END OF THE SCREW MACHINE ERA. South Building – Level 3 Booth 338038 #AMB 2026 – Stuttgart At the same time, Buffoli Transfer will participate in AMB 2026 in collaboration with its German partner HB Turnkey, from September 15–19. At AMB, Buffoli will present the latest technological developments from the group: Trans-Bar Twin-Turn — an advanced evolution of bar transfer technology for precision rotating components, combining integration, flexibility and productivity. Quadri-Turn — a multitasking 4-spindle lathe designed for complex and flexible bar machining. Verti-Center — a flexible multi-center with suspended-table architecture, developed for dry machining, high precision and maximum productivity. End-of-line palletizing systems — integrated automation solutions for production and logistics flows. AI-based quality-control systems — technologies for in-line monitoring, process-data analysis and continuous quality improvement. Buffoli Transfer is also strengthening its European service organization through the new Service division in #Minerbe, Verona, also dedicated to supporting #Riello machines with maintenance, retrofit solutions and technological upgrades of the installed base. Hall 4 – Booth 4C52 From Chicago to Stuttgart, the objective remains the same: to move high-productivity manufacturing beyond traditional technology and toward flexible, automated and connected production systems. Buffoli Transfer S.p.A. #BuffoliTransfer #MachineTools #Manufacturing #Industry40 #Industry50 #Innovation #Engineering #MadeInItaly #IndustrialAutomation

THE END OF THE SCREW MACHINE ERA Buffoli North America will be at IMTS - International Manufacturing Technology Show 2026, from September 14–19, at McCormick Place in Chicago. Our message is clear: the time has come to replace the traditional multi-spindle screw machines still operating across the United States with a new generation of bar-fed manufacturing systems. Modern production requires more: 🔹 More flexibility, from high-volume production to smaller and more variable batches. 🔹More versatility, across lead-free brass, aluminum, stainless steel and other demanding materials. 🔹More automation, with integrated turnkey solutions and unmanned production. Faster changeovers, enabled by full CNC technology. A working environment designed for the next generation of operators, technicians and engineers. The TRANS-BAR platform was developed to combine the productivity traditionally associated with multi-spindle machines with the flexibility, connectivity and automation required by modern manufacturing. This is not simply about replacing one machine with another. It is about replacing an entire production paradigm. The transition has already started. IMTS is the largest manufacturing technology exhibition in the Western Hemisphere, bringing together manufacturers from around the world to explore the innovations shaping the future of production.
