  • We are excited to announce Bouken’s investment in Caltana. The global real estate market is a massive global asset class. Yet, despite this scale, its operational core remains trapped in a pre-digital era . The $1.9 trillion global commercial real estate services (CRE) market that maintains our physical infrastructure still runs on fragmented information, manual processes, and disconnected spreadsheets. Caltana is building the Nervous System for CRE. ✅ 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 "𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐱": Delivers a 10x increase in RFP processing speed and a 90% reduction in operational costs, turning unstructured property information into structured, actionable business logic - from cost center to profit center. ✅ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲’𝐬 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝: Establishing the rare reliable source of OpEx benchmarks for commercial real estate, providing the transparency that the industry has been missing for decades. ✅ 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬: A thoughtful "Supply-Chain-Pull" model where global anchor giants drive adoption across their sub-supplier networks at low acquisition cost. Solving the hard problem of legacy infrastructure requires more than just code; it takes predictive intelligence, the seasoned gut, experience, and resilience that comes from navigating these industries firsthand. 🔗 Read our full insight and the team's perspective: https://lnkd.in/gzU-JdCr cc: John McIntyre and the Caltana team. #VentureCapital #PropTech  #CommercialRealEstate  #AI #Startup

  • 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗶𝗢𝗦 The "Pilot Fatigue" era is over. In 2025, AI-enabled healthcare startups secured over $18B in funding across the U.S. and Europe. We aren’t just looking at a trend; we are witnessing a structural inflection point. At Bouken, we believe the industry is moving from fragmented "point solutions" to an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (aiOS). The goal?  Collapsing the $300B lost annually to administrative friction and reclaiming the most valuable resource in medicine: 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. 💡Key pillars of the aiOS evolution:  1. 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲: Ambient documentation turning "data clerks" back into healers.  2. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗬𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱: Driving at least 15–20% increases in OR revenue through real-time throughput optimization.  3. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Using analysis to defend human capital and prevent $1M-per-nurse turnover costs.  4. 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐝𝐣𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Transitioning Prior Authorization from a multi-week bottleneck into a millisecond transaction. The mandate for 2026 is clear:  🚀 Move beyond "efficiency" and toward 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. • We are excited to announce Bouken’s investment in FLUIX AI. As AI compute demand hits the limits of the physical grid, the bottleneck of the next decade is no longer just the chip—it’s the plug. While the industry waits for new data centers to be built, FLUIX is activating the grid today. ✅ 𝐔𝐧𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲: Immediate access to significant power in existing facilities—zero new capex, zero new power lines, and rapid deployment. ✅ 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭: A software orchestration layer that delivers hardware-level transformation with SaaS-level gross margins across multiple vendors - hardware agnostic. ✅ 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭: While the media focuses on Big Tech's custom campuses, the "rest of the world"—enterprises, hospitals, and governments—relies on Colocation Data Centers. Providing the energy efficiency backbone for major U.S. utilities and federal agencies where uptime is a non-negotiable matter of national security. Nations need AI-ready colocation data centers. FLUIX is fueling this transition. 🔗 Read our full insight and team's perspective: https://lnkd.in/gA5FrGAa cc: Abhishek Sastri & the FLUIX AI team

🚀 The Evolving Landscape of Early-Stage Founders The startup ecosystem is thriving, but who are the founders shaping this movement? In the past decade, early-stage startup founders have become more diverse, data-savvy, and purpose-driven than ever before. As the founder community continues to grow, understanding the trends and shifts in founder demographics is key to unlocking future success. Here’s what the data shows: 🔹 Founder Demographics Over Time Age: The average age of a startup founder is 42, with 59% of founders worldwide being over the age of 40. Read more about the data here: https://lnkd.in/gB8qhNvv. However, younger entrepreneurs in their 20s and 30s are also pushing the boundaries just as much as their older counterparts, representing about 16% of the population. With booming industries like AI, cleantech, and sustainability, we notice that the younger generation is highly adaptable to new tech tools and also challenge the status quo. Diversity: Diverse founding teams are on the rise. Even though the industry is dominated by male founders, recent years have shown gradual improvement in women-led VC funds, with 2.3% of capital going towards female-only founding teams. That is, seed-stage funding is steadily progressing in consumer-facing industries such as education, healthcare, and retail. High-capital sectors as mentioned still face significant challenges in securing capital with less female representation. So, what needs to change? We need more women in decision-making roles. VC firms with 30% female partners invest 4.7x more in female founders. Public and private sectors must collaborate to create more opportunities for women—from accelerators to policy initiatives—especially in emerging markets. It’s time to close the funding gap and unlock the potential of female entrepreneurs worldwide. 🔹 What’s Next for the Founder Ecosystem? As the founder landscape continues to evolve, one thing is clear: early-stage entrepreneurs need more than just investment. They need community, mentorship, and access to the right networks. At Chimera Community, we believe in empowering founders with the right resources, data, and connections to scale effectively. By combining data-driven insights with a strong, supportive network, we’re helping founders make smarter decisions, avoid burnout, and create more impactful businesses. 🌟 Are you an early-stage founder facing new challenges?
