Nothing compares to the energy of Chicago's iconic Bud Billiken Parade! 🥁✨ Team BGV was on the ground at the Bud Billiken Parade for the 2nd year in a row! As the largest and longest-running African American parade in the country, stepping into this tradition was a must for us. We spent the day dancing, connecting, and spreading wellness. Community care starts right at home, and being surrounded by generations of Black excellence reminded us exactly why we do what we do. 🤎

Too many Black women know the weight of expressing their pain in a doctor's office, only to be met with dismissal. We are proud to unveil our very first short film, "The Visit." Following four women across different stages of life, the film illustrates the compounding impact of medical dismissals and their direct tie to Black maternal mortality.
