With Bilt, paying rent now unlocks rewards & benefits at home, in your neighborhood, and when you travel–no matter where you live. Bilt Members can earn points and access exclusive benefits at any home on rent payments, condo & co-op fees, and around their neighborhood at local restaurants, fitness studios, rideshare, and more. Ranked the highest-value point currency by top publications, Bilt Points can be transferred 1:1 to major airline and hotel programs, or used towards rent payments, shopping, fitness, and even a down payment on a home. Members also get access to credit-building benefits, member-only experiences, and an Elite Status program. In partnership with the top multifamily owners and operators across the country, we’ve also created the Bilt Alliance, a network of 4.5M+ apartments and homes across the country that reward residents on rent. Residents who live in the network make payments directly through the Bilt Payment Center and get access to benefits including additional earn opportunities on new leases, renewals, and more. While Bilt Members can use any debit or credit card to earn points and access their benefits, Bilt has partnered with Mastercard and Wells Fargo to create the Bilt Mastercard® - the first and only credit card that lets you pay rent and earn points without the transaction fee.

    I think multifamily has been thinking about rewards the wrong way. That was one of the things that came through in this year's 20for20 Annual Survey, which noted how leadership attitudes are changing. This was also the first year we welcomed Bilt as a sponsor, and the viewpoint they contributed centers on an interesting idea: Multifamily has been thinking about rewards from the "ledger-outwards," i.e., what behaviors to we want to encourage and how much is it worth paying to incentivize them. We should instead put a resident-centric framing around rewards. That leads to a radically different set of opportunities, as Bilt's viewpoint explains.     Five years ago, we made a contrarian bet: start with where people live, not what they buy. Amazon started with books. DoorDash started with restaurants. Uber and Lyft started with rides. Every great commerce platform of the last two decades built outward from the merchant. We started with the home, and that decision turned out to be the foundation that the next era of commerce has always needed. Today, Bilt is the membership that comes with your home: through your apartment building or your mortgage. We pioneered rewards on rent, built a hospitality layer for residential living, and connected residents to the neighborhoods and businesses around them. And now, we're bringing it all together with a Neighborhood Concierge that doesn't just suggest; it acts. Books the table. Calls the car. Closes the check.
