It was great to spend time with our teams in Houston at the National Sales Meeting last week. Moments like this matter, not just for alignment, but for perspective on how far we’ve come and where we’re headed next. We’re at a powerful moment in our industry. Rapid advances in sequencing technologies and AI are unlocking the full potential of genomics, and I’ve never been more confident that Baylor Genetics will help lead this transformation toward true precision diagnostics. We have strong momentum, and this is our inflection point. What stood out to me most last week was the commitment I saw across the team, to execution and to one another. There’s real energy here, and it’s exciting to see everyone leaning in with focus and urgency. When we move forward together this way, we don’t just keep up, we lead. #BuiltToWin

As genomic testing guidelines continue to evolve, so does our understanding of who can benefit, and when. In this video, Leah Campbell, Medical Science Liaison, and Sydney Lau, Sr. Clinical Science Liaison at Baylor Genetics, discuss the growing importance of adult sequencing and what it means as pediatric patients age into adulthood. They explore how expanded access to genomic testing can deepen understanding of disease over time, inform long‑term care, and support more informed decision‑making. By learning from adult patients, the genetics community can better understand how conditions evolve and how care may need to adapt as patients grow older. Watch the video to hear why adult sequencing is an important part of advancing precision diagnostics across the lifespan. #Genomics #GenomeSequencing

  • We recently shared a retrospective analysis at #ACMGMtg26 exploring the diagnostic yield of our Rapid Whole Genome Sequencing (rWGS) in critically ill infants with cardiac indications. This GenomeWeb article takes a deep look at the data, highlighting the genetic basis of many structural and functional cardiac abnormalities in infants and how rWGS enables earlier, more comprehensive diagnosis in high-acuity settings where traditional testing may fall short. As rapid genomics continues to evolve in neonatal and cardiac care, one thing remains constant: delivering answers for patients with rare and complex conditions requires both scientific rigor and thoughtful innovation. At Baylor Genetics, we are committed to advancing research that translates into meaningful impact for patients and the providers who care for them. New data we shared at #ACMGmtg26, now featured in GenomeWeb, highlights the genetic basis of many structural and functional cardiac abnormalities in infants, and underscores the important role rapid whole genome sequencing plays in delivering timely, actionable insights to support informed care decisions. Proud of the team and the progress we’re making to move precision diagnostics forward. Learn more: https://lnkd.in/gGMB3jnj #PrecisionDiagnostics #Genomics

These shoes were made for… winning. Baylor Genetics’ National Sales Meeting was a great reminder of how much relationships, and trust, matter. In an increasingly remote world, and as we continue to grow as a company, there’s real value in taking the time to connect, get to know one another, and lift each other up with intention. That’s how trust is built, consistently and authentically. We’re #BuiltToWin because we lead with trust: trust in one another, trust in our work, and trust in where we’re headed together. All around, this week was a slam (Nike) dunk. I mean… it was right there, no chance I was letting that one slip by. My philosophy hasn’t changed since day one of my career: I want to do great work with great people. Proud of this group and excited for what’s next!

  • This week in Houston, we came together for our National Sales Meeting around a simple idea: Built to Win isn’t just a theme, it’s how we show up for our patients, providers, and partners. Trust is everything in the work we do. And it’s earned through execution, speed, clarity, follow‑through, and consistency, across every touchpoint. Built to Win means holding ourselves to a higher standard and operating as one connected team, because the experience we deliver is what truly matters. One team. Better together. #BuiltToWin

Baylor Genetics has launched many new and exciting enhancements to our WGS. What an honor to share the stage to discuss these new modalities with such amazing and captivating individuals, especially the one and only Nichole Owen, PhD and her expertise on OGM technology. Added bonus that we all matched in green. An amazing NSM in the books for 2026 🥳 the commercial team is for sure #BuiltToWin. See you all (and many more) next year 🙏
