Advancing electrification through material innovation was front and center at Coiltech Deutschland 2026 in Augsburg, Germany, where Axalta teams connected with customers, partners and industry leaders across the value chain. As a leading international meeting point for professionals developing and producing electric motors, transformers and generators, Coiltech brought together the full supply chain, from raw materials to automation and integration, making it a key forum for conversations shaping electrification. Throughout the event, our experts showcased how Axalta’s Energy Solutions Portfolio is helping enable more efficient, reliable and sustainable technologies. We were also proud to contribute to the Coiltech World Magnetic Conference (WMC’26) with two Axalta-led expert sessions: Christoph Lomoschitz, Product Director • Presentation: An overview of making motor stacks, bonding, welding, gluing › Exploring advanced bonding technologies shaping next-generation motor design and efficiency. Dr. Matthias Grünberg, Team Manager Technology • Presentation: New low-VOC impregnating resin for transformer applications based on unsaturated polyesters › Highlighting innovative resin solutions supporting more sustainable transformer applications. Two expert sessions. One shared commitment: enabling electrification through material innovation. We’re proud to share that seven of our U.S. manufacturing sites have been recognized by the American Coatings Association (ACA) as 2025 Safety Award Program winners, reflecting our commitment to leading with safety and striving toward zero incidents. Congratulations to our award-winning sites: • Fort Madison, Iowa – Award of Honor • Huntsville, Alabama – Award of Honor • Jacksonville, Texas – Award of Commendation • Mount Clemens, Michigan – Award of Honor • Orrville, Ohio – Award of Honor • Riverside, California – Award of Honor • Sacramento, California – Award of Excellence A special recognition goes to our Sacramento team, which earned the program’s highest distinction, the Award of Excellence, after achieving zero total lost workday cases over a five-year period (2020–2024). Winners are based on 2024 facility safety data submitted to OSHA in 2025, with recipients recognized across three categories ─ Excellence, Honor, and Commendation ─ based on safety performance. This milestone builds on recent recognition of our leadership’s commitment to safety, including the National Safety Council’s CEOs Who ‘Get It’ award. Thank you to our teams across Axalta for keeping safety top of mind. Learn more: https://bit.ly/4uXryIW #Axalta #SafetyFirst #Manufacturing #EHS #Safety

As World Paint and Coatings Week continues, today’s theme, Paint and Coatings Power Sustainability, highlights how innovation is helping reduce environmental impact across industries. We are advancing technologies everyday at Axalta that support more sustainable manufacturing and help our customers lower their environmental footprint. One example is our OEM Low-Bake Integrated Metal Body and Plastics Coatings Technology, which enables metal body and plastic parts to be painted together at just 90°C in a single paint line. By significantly reducing curing temperatures and consolidating processes, this system helps lower energy consumption, reduce CO₂ emissions, and minimize overall resource use in vehicle production. This approach not only improves efficiency, but also supports more sustainable manufacturing practices at scale, helping OEMs move closer to their climate and environmental goals. This breakthrough was recently recognized with a Business Intelligence Group BIG Innovation Award, highlighting the impact of sustainable solutions in shaping the future of mobility. It’s another way coatings are helping drive a more sustainable future across the value chain. As we continue celebrating World Paint and Coatings Week, today’s theme, Paint and Coatings Color Our Architecture and Built Environment, highlights how coatings bring both beauty and performance to the spaces around us. Coatings play a critical role in turning architectural vision into reality by enhancing aesthetics while delivering long-term durability. A striking example within Axalta’s portfolio is La Marseillaise, the landmark tower in Marseille, France designed by Jean Nouvel. The building’s 35,000 m² façade is finished in Alesta® AP Matt powder coatings, applied in 21 tailor-made colors across a gradient of 27 shades of blue, white and red, reflecting the region’s identity, from sky and sea to stone and rooftops. Beyond its visual impact, performance is essential. From corrosion resistance to advanced pretreatment and powder coating technology, every element is designed to withstand the demands of a coastal environment while maintaining its appearance over time. Projects like La Marseillaise show how coatings don’t just protect the built environment; they define it. We’re excited to join the World Coatings Council (WCC) and the American Coatings Association in celebrating World Paint and Coatings Week. This year’s theme, Paint and Coatings Touch Everything to Power Our World, highlights something we see every day: coatings are essential, often unseen technologies that help products last longer, perform better, and bring color and value to the world around us. Today’s theme, Paint and Coatings Power Our Essential Industries, speaks to the incredible work our three business units do every day to help keep the world moving: 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Delivering advanced coatings that enhance performance, protection and sustainability across the global transportation ecosystem. 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡: Empowering body shops with innovative solutions that restore vehicles efficiently and reliably, helping keep people safe on the road. 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥: Protecting infrastructure and everyday products with durable coatings built to perform in even the most demanding environments. Together, these businesses show how coatings quietly — but critically — support the industries we rely on every day. We look forward to sharing more throughout the week. #Axalta #coatings #Mobility #Refinish #Industrial #WorldPaintAndCoatingsWeek #WPCW26
