Building the future of construction will take more than technology. It takes people ready to lead it. Last week, we helped open the doors to the most advanced robotics industrialized construction lab in the U.S. spanning University of Florida College of Design, Construction and Planning, Construction and Planning (DCP) and UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering (HWCOE). Backed by a $1 million donation from #Autodesk, the lab will serve as the new home for Dr. Aladdin Alwisy's robotics research, building on six years of work in human-robot collaboration for industrialized construction. The need is clear: Florida is short more than 121,000 homes and rental units, and an estimated 41% of the construction workforce is nearing retirement by 2031. At the same time, employers continue to report gaps in the technical skills the industry needs for the jobs ahead. Our shared goal isn't just to prepare students for the future of construction, it's to give them the tools to help build it.

AI can generate incredible shots. But directing exactly the shot you want is still one of the biggest challenges. Filmmakers think, stage, and direct in 3D, yet most AI tools generate in 2D. Today we're introducing Flow Studio 3D Editor + Canvas. Build and direct your scene in 3D. Control cameras, animation, and composition. Then use Canvas to render and refine the final look with leading AI models. Stay in 2D when speed matters. Move into 3D when you need precision. AI can build the scene. You still call the shots. Start directing with Flow Studio: flowstudio.com

Today, we're excited to welcome MaintainX to Autodesk. The completion of our acquisition marks an important milestone in our long-term vision to connect design, make, and operate across the lifecycle of physical assets and systems. Operations isn't new for Autodesk. It's an area we've been investing in for years and, more recently, introduced through Autodesk Operations Solutions. Bringing MaintainX into Autodesk strengthens that foundation and creates new opportunities to help customers connect the people, workflows, and data that power their critical assets and systems.
