The future of hearing care is shaped long before the first patient interaction. Last week, we had the opportunity to spend time with students at ReSound University, all preparing to take the next step in their careers. Audigy was proud to host the opening reception, setting the stage for connection, conversation, and the start of what will be impactful careers across the industry. We were also honored to have our own Steve Hughbanks lead a session on elevating communication, building trust, and working effectively with different generations—equipping students with practical skills that will increase impact. Success in hearing care isn't just about clinical expertise, it's about confidence, communication, and knowing how to navigate the opportunities ahead. Thank you to ReSound for their continued partnership, and to the students who showed up ready to learn, engage, and invest in their future. We're excited to see where your careers take you!

  • What does it mean to be a HearingLoss.com®-Certified Provider? For patients, it means confidence. Confidence that they're receiving care rooted in clinical and patient best practices. Confidence that their provider is committed to outcomes, not just appointments. And confidence that their hearing health care is in the right hands. For practices, it represents a commitment to consistency, accountability, and delivering care at the highest standard. It's a signal to their community that they don't settle for average, they lead with excellence. We're proud to recognize Dr. Diane Blaising and the team at Cityview Audiology & Hearing Aids Inc. as a HearingLoss.com-Certified Provider, bringing that level of trust and quality to their community each and every day. When standards are elevated, patients don't just hear better, they live better! Are you ready to elevate standards in your practice? Start here: https://lnkd.in/gcSC4s65

  • A weekend of great conversations about real challenges and actionable solutions. Our recent Catalyst event in Santa Cruz, California brought together hearing care and ENT professionals from across the country to dig into what's really happening inside today's practices—from operational pressures and staffing challenges to patient retention and long-term growth. What made it impactful? The connection. Networking with and hearing from peers, sharing honest dialogue paired with proven strategies. The energy in the room was undeniable, and so was the momentum leaving it. We're looking forward to continuing those conversations and carrying that momentum forward with these dedicated individuals!

  • Most practices don't realize what's holding their marketing back, until it's already cost them. The difference between practices that plateau and those that scale? It's often a handful of overlooked decisions happening behind the scenes. The practices getting ahead aren't guessing, they're adjusting. And if you're not actively identifying what's working (and what's not) you could be leaving real opportunity on the table. Watch this video to start seeing your marketing differently, and then dive deeper 👉 https://bit.ly/4wYtbY2
