As we close out Women's History Month, we are proud to have been the Official Airline of the 2026 Women in Aviation International Conference that took place in Grapevine, Texas, last week. As a strategic partner, American supported the next generation with eight scholarships, panel participation, recruiting engagements, and sponsorships — including at the Pioneer Hall of Fame Dinner and the career panel for Girls in Aviation Day Dallas.
