Abnormal Threat Intelligence has uncovered a highly targeted credential theft campaign targeting executives by name across multiple industries. This is not typical phishing. The attack intercepts real Microsoft authentication flows and converts a single login into persistent access, operating inside trusted systems to avoid detection. ⚠️ Targets executives by name 🕵️ Evades traditional detection 🔐 Survives standard remediation During the investigation, we also identified VENOM, a previously undocumented phishing-as-a-service platform with a licensing model—suggesting this capability may extend beyond a single operator.
