Now that you're done with the Baldur's Gate 3 Prologue, it's time to start working through the first Act. Your main goal here will be to remove the parasite from your head- and there'll be a number of ways that you can attempt to do this.

Make sure to keep up with your Side Quests and Companion Quests as you go, as it's important to keep your gear up to date and to keep your characters leveling up, too.
