Mission Brief

As pressure mounts to secure its resources in the Pacific, NATO calls on Top Gun to deploy elite aviators in a series of crucial operations against Pax Armata. Pilot F/A-81F Super Spectre and F-74A Seacat aircraft in themed game modes Carrier Strike and Fighter Sweep. Earn and unlock Top Gun themed rewards in new event challenges. Time to master the skies.

SQUAD UP

In multiplayer, you're part of a squad in more than just name. Choose one of four classes, play your role, and work together with your squadmates. War isn't won by a single soldier.

ASSAULT

The Assault class are the frontline killers who punch through enemy’s defenses to open the way for the rest of the team, breaching rooms and decimating foes. Your enhanced mobility, combined with the option to throw on an extra primary weapon, makes you a formidable force that can push deep behind enemy lines.

ENGINEER

Engineers are the deterrent for tanks, helicopters, and jets. Armed with a satchel filled with rockets and mines, this class is all about being a menace to vehicles hunting your allies. They’re also the only class capable of repairing friendly vehicles, equipment, and weapon placements.

RECON

Recon is the tactical mastermind. The sniper stalking the edge of the battlefield for the perfect headshot. The tactician pinpointing enemy positions with drones, planting C4 to cripple tanks and level buildings, or controlling a laser designator to guide your allies’ missiles right to their target.

SUPPORT

The Support class is there to pull you out of the fire, throw down supply crates, and heal you in the fight. Support can lay down deployable cover, intercept enemy grenades and missiles, and are the masters of the LMG. When the odds are against you, there’s no better class to keep your squad in the fight.

This legendary island returns. All-out war shatters the tranquility of this vast, isolated paradise in the Pacific Ocean. Patrol and defend the shoreline, demolish bridges with C-4, or take advantage of the offshore aircraft carrier. Maximize every move in this deceptively scenic coastal terrain.

LIMITED TIME EVENT

Battlefield 6 joins g-forces with Top Gun in the most significant seasonal event yet. Take on two new themed modes, Gauntlet: Fighter Sweep and Carrier Strike, and step into the boots of iconic Top Gun characters in the new squad unit, CJTF Helix. Reach new heights with event challenges, themed cosmetics, and a new limited-time currency, all built for aviators to master their skills in the skies. Jump in the cockpit and prepare for takeoff.

Highway to the Danger Zone

The Top Gun collaboration adds two limited-time themed game modes, both featuring music and actors from the film. Gather your wingmen, take to the skies, and become an ace pilot.

Carrier Strike

Play across land, sea, and air. Anywhere from 48 to 64 players compete to see who can take out the enemy's aircraft carrier first, with ground forces pushing the front line while jets push across enemy lines. And it's available to everyone through a free trial.

Gauntlet: Fighter Sweep

In true Top Gun style, this is your chance to prove you're one of the best fighter pilots in the world. All 16 players can only use jets and will engage in high-stakes dogfights over the ocean where your squad must dodge anti-air fire and eliminate the enemy.

Jet Powered

An elite pilot needs an elite aircraft, and two new jets are coming to Battlefield 6 to give you just that. There's also a new weapon designed to combat aerial targets, alongside the other new weapons and vehicles added in Season 4.

F/A-81F Super Spectre

Bring your wingman. Soar across the battle in this 2-seat Top Gun jet, and dominate every dogfight whilst striking enemies from above.

F-74A Seacat

Optimize your altitude. This twin seater Top Gun fighter jet is equipped with swing-wings, adapting the aircraft for every flight and every fight.

RCB-90 Patrol Boat

An armored patrol boat that can hold four squad members and has more advanced weapons systems. It's capable of fighting back against infantry, aerial targets, and tanks.

Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB)

A fast and nimble beach landing vehicle that can hold up to four people. It's lightly armored and is built for speed, but has a mounted machine gun to deal with threats you encounter on the water.

The longest-range sniper rifle in Battlefield 6 that allows you to take out aviators straight from their cockpits.
