Favorite Games
Picking just a few is difficult, but I'd say my favorite five games are Bloodborne, Devil May Cry 3, The Witcher 3, Pokemon Platinum, and Crash Team Racing. I tend to lean toward hack and slash games along with JRPGs, although I have and will continue to try most genres. Gaming offers so much variety that it would be a shame to limit myself to just a few genres, and I'm more than willing to try strategy games, visual novels, or roguelikes.
Favorite Anime
Ever since stumbling upon Dragon Ball Z reruns in the late '90s, I have been obsessed with anime, and it has been part of my life for two decades. Nowadays, I watch every seasonal anime, which means roughly 40 episodes per week. My favorite anime is Gintama, although that answer changes daily.
Favorite Console
While my first gaming memories involve SNES games like Super Mario World and The Lion King, the PS1 was my first proper console. As such, it holds a special place in my heart; however, if forced to pick my absolute favorite hardware, it would be the PS3. That console (and specifically Dark Souls) reignited my love for gaming after a few years of diminishing interest, and the flame has not stopped burning since. Since then, I have picked up nearly every major console and built a gaming PC, allowing me to try out most Nintend, Xbox, and PlayStation games released in recent years.
