There are characters who can command wind and air like a weapon, there are characters who can move objects with their mind, and then there are characters who go a step beyond all that, controlling gravity itself. Usually, there's some specific range, with the character moving one thing at a time, but others like to strip an entire area of its gravity.
There are even characters who use a gravitational pull as a weapon. In fact, being able to control gravity sometimes includes power over vacuums, voids, and black holes. After all, black holes are so powerful not even light can escape their gravity. That said, there's usually some leeway taken with how gravity actually works.
10 Maro's (Black Cat) strength & figure are nothing compared to his power over gravity
Maro might look like a brute, but, when considering what makes him a real threat, his strength and figure are nothing compared to his power over gravity. Not only does he have immediate domain over the gravity around him, but he can also attack with special gravity bombs.
Unfortunately, his powers can be used against him because he uses his powers to enhance strikes and weaken his opponents, one character realizes his attacks against him become more effective when shooting from above. Eventually, a character even manages to use his own gravity bomb against him. Maro ultimately kills himself in a kamikaze attack with a powerful gravity bomb, taking his opponent down with him.
9 Sailor Uranus (Sailor Moon) was able to take down Kaolinite by manipulating the air to create a vacuum
Sailor Uranus is technically the Sailor Scout of the Wind and Sky, and while her powers generally seem air-based, such as being able to hear premonitions on the wind, it's implied her powers extend to not just the sky, but space, too, with all its quirks and properties.
In the manga, she is given the power of "Space Turbulence." While powerful, the attack wasn't enough to withstand Sailor Iron Mouse or Sailor Aluminum Seiren's attacks. A corrupted version of the attack, "Galactica Space Turbulence," also appeared when she was killed and reanimated by Sailor Galaxia. The '90s anime also hinted that Sailor Uranus had some gravitational control and played it as more successful; she was able to take down Kaolinite by manipulating the air to create a vacuum, essentially reflecting the witch's own attack against her.
8 Brago (Zatch Bell!) can trap any opponent in gravitationally-controlled spheres
Effectively Zatch's rival, Brago is a teenage mamodo with an antisocial, rather gothic aesthetic and his main spells revolve around manipulating gravity.
He can shoot balls of gravity, create a gravitational field that can flatten opponents, trap an opponent in a gravitationally-controlled sphere, and control powerful beams of energy.
7 Blackbeard (One Piece) has the power to draw people closer to him
In the world of One Piece, anyone who eats the Yami Yami no Mi (Dark-Dark Fruit), is technically the Devil Fruit of darkness, but it effectively grants this power, such as being able to create vacuums or powerful miasma that can crush an opponent.
Blackbeard is such a character and he even has the power to draw people closer to him, which comes in handy, since he also has the power to remove powers by touch. Similar fruits are also known to exist, like the Kilo Kilo no Mi, or Kilo-Kilo Fruit, which gives the power of manipulating weight, to the point of making someone float.
6 Admiral Fujitora (One Piece) can summon meteorites to attack an opponent
Another One Piece character would explicitly gain power over gravity through another Devil Fruit: Admiral Fujitora, also known as Issho, who ate the Zushi Zushi no Mi, or Thud-Thud Fruit.
His powers include creating gravity wells, making barriers, levitation, and attacking with gravitational forces directly. Emphasizing a connection to space itself, he can even summon meteorites to attack an opponent.
5 Chelsea Rorec (Tokyo Underground) serves as a bodyguard for the Maiden of Life, Ruri Sarasa
Many of the characters in this universe have some elemental power. There are the traditional elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, but some less traditional ones appear too, like electricity, magnetism, and life itself.
One character, Chelsea Rorec, appears to be the sole gravity elemental user in the show's universe, which makes it one of the few times gravity is treated as part of the elements. Using this power, she serves as a bodyguard for the Maiden of Life, Ruri Sarasa.
4 Aizen's (Bleach) favorite spell effectively traps his target in a black hole
Friendly, gentle Aizen originally seemed like the affable captain of his squad until he faked his murder and revealed his true colors. With this revelation, he proves to have more traditionally villainous powers, like creating illusions, hypnosis, and mind games.
However, his favorite spell, Hadō #90, Kurohitsugi, also known as "Black Coffin," effectively traps his target in a black hole, overtaking them with a powerful pull of gravity, sealing them up like a corpse in a coffin. According to Aizen, it isn't just for show, the spell indeed disrupts time and space.
3 Genshi Tenson (Soul Hunter) controls a black orb called the Paopei Bankohan
Also known as Genshitenson, Genshi Tenson controls a black orb called the Paopei Bankohan, which produces smaller orbs around the user.
It effectively allows him to manipulate the gravity in a given area, both increasing and decreasing it. Unfortunately, this power comes with the risk of creating black holes.
2 Ochaco Uraraka (My Hero Academia) can make anything she touches essentially weightless by erasing its gravity
Ochaco Uraraka's quirk is zero gravity. Thanks to special pads on her fingers, she can make anything she touches essentially weightless by erasing its gravity. This also proves to be a successful way to create decoys in the air. She can even perform her quirk on herself, essentially increasing her agility.
That said, opponents not used to being weightless tend to lose their footing and their ability to fight, so this quirk doesn't necessarily work against her. There are consequences to her powers, however; overusing them gives her vertigo.
1 Lord Dante (Black Clover) can make things float & crush them into the ground
One of the rulers of the Spade Kingdom, Lord Dante, who also serves as a leader of the Dark Triad, specializes in controlling gravity. With the power of Gravity Magic, he can make things float and crush them into the ground. His power is strong enough that he can impact the gravity of an entire forest.
His ability to affect an item's weight also comes in handy when he's using a sword, since he can manipulate the weight of his weapon, as well as his arms. In addition to his gravity powers, he can also manipulate Body Magic, which gives him healing and regeneration powers.
