The CI Centre is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.  The information we ask you to provide is used as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

From time to time the CI Centre may make changes to our Privacy Policy by updating this page.  Please check this page for the updated Privacy Policy.

When you visit our website our Web server automatically collects your domain name, but not your email address.  We also collect aggregate information on what page or pages you access or visit.  This information is used for internal review only.  We do not set any �cookies�.

We collect the name, address, telephone number, fax number and payment information (credit card numbers and billing address) of those who purchase our products, books and training courses.  The information we collect when you purchase a product, book, or training course is used only to process your request.  We do not use this information for marketing purposes and it is never shared or sold to any other company or organization.

3.  SECURITY

The CI Centre has appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you.  Payment data is securely transmitted via SSLA Secured 128 bit.

5.   DELIVERY METHODS

Books, posters and other CI Centre products you purchased from us will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within five (5) business days from date of purchase.

6.  RETURN POLICY

Books, posters and other CI Centre products you purchase from us may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.  Please return the item to: The Centre for Counterintelligence and Security Studies, PO Box 11221, Alexandria, VA 22312.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price of the item, plus sales tax if applicable, less shipping and handling within 5 business days.  Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.  

Training courses and/or seminars are non-refundable.  However, they are transferable.  Please contact us at �dgma at cicentre dot com� or 1-800-779-4007 prior to the course date with the new attendee�s name and contact information.
