The CI Centre has appropriate security measures in
place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or
alteration of information that we have collected from you. Payment data
is securely transmitted via SSLA Secured 128 bit.

5. DELIVERY METHODS
Books, posters and other CI Centre products you
purchased from us will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within five (5)
business days from date of purchase.
6. RETURN POLICY
Books, posters and other CI Centre products you
purchase from us may be returned within 30 days of receipt of
merchandise. Please return the item to: The Centre for
Counterintelligence and Security Studies, PO Box 11221, Alexandria, VA
22312. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will refund the full
purchase price of the item, plus sales tax if applicable, less shipping
and handling within 5 business days. Credit will be issued to the
payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.
Training courses and/or seminars are
non-refundable. However, they are transferable. Please contact us at

with the new attendee�s name and contact information. |
