Who's your ideal customer? That's who we build your website for. Why? Residential clients will typically use google to find a trade. "Plumber near me" is currently searched for over 40,000 times per month in the UK so we focus heavily on SEO. A personal approach works well too, they want to see who's coming in and out of their home, and a website packed with case studies and lots of answered FAQ's quickly builds trust and confidence. Commercial clients, well, they're not really on google looking for a Facilities Management company, so SEO plays less of a role here, but they do want to see your accreditations, (speak to Gavin & team if you need some help here!) and again case studies to see the scale of projects you've worked on, this is especially important if you're a smaller team or one person band, giving them confidence you can handle the workload. A well designed website brings a level of professionalism to your brand, that you've been around for a while and they can rely on you in the future. With both customers, we're building trust, but the recipe is slightly different.
