  • At The IN Group, it's not a one-size-fits-all approach - we build solutions around your reality. Recruitment. This is where it all started for us, and it’s still at the heart of what we do. But for us, recruitment isn’t just about filling roles - it’s about understanding what you actually need and finding the people who will make a real difference. Whether it’s permanent hires, contract support, or leadership talent, we work closely with you to get under the skin of your business - your challenges, your culture, your ambitions. From there, we connect you with people who don’t just fit the job, but genuinely add value. It’s a partnership. Honest conversations, real insight, and a shared focus on getting it right. Because when you find the right people, everything else moves forward. >>> Reach out to Investigo and BioTalent for all your recruitment requirements >>> #TheINGroup #Recruitment #PeopleFirst #Hiring #BusinessGrowth #TeamTIG

  • At TIG, charity isn’t just something we talk about - it’s a core part of who we are. Over the last couple of years, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with It's Your Life, an incredible charity dedicated to supporting and empowering young people. Their work focuses on helping individuals build confidence, develop essential life skills, and navigate challenges that can often feel overwhelming without the right support network. While many people see the headline moments - the big fundraising drives, cycling to places that feel impossibly far away, or taking on marathons - there’s so much more happening behind the scenes. Our teams have been involved in hands-on support too. Both our Marketing and L&D teams have volunteered their time to work directly with the charity, sharing their expertise and contributing to initiatives that make a real, lasting difference. It’s partnerships like this that remind us why we do what we do. We’re proud to support It's Your Life and the meaningful impact they have on so many lives. • 🌟 Why We’re Talking About Neurodiversity at TIG 🌟 Many of us have personal experience of not being part of the majority - whether through our own identities or through the people we care about. We know that thinking differently brings huge strengths, fresh perspectives, and real value. But we also recognise that these strengths can come with challenges, and it’s important to talk openly about both. There’s growing awareness around neurodiversity, not an “over‑diagnosis.” More adults are receiving later‑life diagnoses, and many are recognising traits through their children’s assessments. With broader, more accurate diagnostic criteria, it’s vital we don’t get swept up in unhelpful narratives. This is about understanding people better - and enabling them to thrive. Creating an environment that supports neurodivergent colleagues doesn’t just benefit a minority - it improves the experience of all colleagues. At TIG, our focus is on building a workplace that harnesses the strengths neurodivergent thinkers bring, while putting the right scaffolding in place to support any challenges. Because ultimately, it always comes back to one thing: our people. 💬 Read Katrina Hagan’s full article on our website: https://lnkd.in/dwGFgBbr #Neurodiversity #Inclusion #NeuroConnect #TheINGroup #Belonging #WorkplaceInclusion
