Have you seen our new campaign? 👀   We’ve been working hard behind the scenes for the last few months and we’re so excited to share it with you. Instead of telling our story the traditional way, we lowered the camera to floor level and let shoes, slippers and socks do the talking because the most powerful stories about Tapi have always come from our customers. In many ways this campaign has been written by our customers as it is inspired by real Trustpilot reviews and brings to life the everyday moments happening in homes across the UK — from in-store experiences to at home consultations. These real experiences shaped the words spoken by each of the characters showcasing their own personalities.   Jeevan Karir, our CEO says “Trust isn’t something you decide to communicate overnight. It’s earned over years through consistent service transforming customers’ homes. We are the flooring people you can trust and that is everything to us. When we looked back over reviews, customers had already articulated what makes Tapi different, so the campaign became about amplifying those voices - customers telling customers. What makes this moment so significant is that it marks a shift from being a challenger brand, to market leadership. The campaign translates operational trust into emotional visibility, allowing even more people to see what our customers have experienced for years.”   This campaign has been a real team effort and we’ve worked with some incredible people along the way. This week in celebration of International Women's Day we caught up with three of Team Tapi's inspiring women ✨

At Tapi, we are passionate about supporting causes that matter to our people and the communities where we live and work. We believe that charity begins at home, and our focus is on empowering our colleagues to make a difference in the causes closest to their hearts. This is why we launched our Helping Hands Project last year and we're pleased to share a couple of our recent fundraising challenges. Hitting the bullseye 🎯 Nicola Taylor, the Sales Manager from our Aberdeen store, hosted a charity Darts Night in aid of Clan Cancer Support. Clan provides both emotional and practical support in North East Scotland, Moray, Orkney and Shetland to help people live with and beyond their or their loved one's cancer diagnosis and improve their quality of life. The event raised a fantastic £3925, smashing their initial £2500 target, with £500 donated by Tapi. We’re going up, up, up ✨ CASPA is an award-winning charity that supports over 500 autistic people in and around Bromley to build life skills, make friends, and speak up for themselves. Through fun, inclusive clubs and activities, CASPA works to create a society where autistic people feel understood, included, and able to live their best lives. Tapi are proud to have donated £5000 to support this local charity. Team Tapi Wear It Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and have raised over £800 💗

Here at Tapi, we are proud to introduce the Helping Hands Project, a new initiative designed to support and uplift communities across the UK. 🤝 Through Helping Hands, every Tapi permanent employee can directly back local causes that matter most to them, whether that’s helping a nearby school, providing flooring to a community centre, or donating resources to a grassroots charity. The project goes beyond one-off donations; it’s about creating lasting value. Team Tapi are already starting to make a difference with stores across the UK having helped refurbish community halls, donating to food banks, supporting mental health charities, and offering practical help to groups in need. With every store able to get involved, the initiative is set to grow into a nationwide network of kindness, reinforcing our values of care, support, and giving back. Helping Hands builds on the strong foundation of our long-standing partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity. From 2016 to 2024, Tapi raised an incredible £170,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity through the pledge of donating £1 for every customer survey completed. The funds raised have helped GOSH Charity support Great Ormond Street Hospital’s most urgent needs. While the partnership with GOSH Charity has come to a close, the impact will continue to be felt for years to come. Helping Hands ensures Tapi can carry forward this spirit of giving in new ways, supporting local communities across the UK and building on the legacy of care established through its fundraising for GOSH Charity. Last week, we brought Team Tapi together for our 2025 Sales Conference - a moment to celebrate a milestone year. Led by our CEO, Jeevan Karir, and joined by our Chairman Will Barker alongside the senior leadership team, we reflected on the incredible journey so far: - 42 Carpetright to Tapi conversions completed - The launch of our exciting partnership with John Lewis & Partners, with 19 new concessions opened this year We wrapped up the day with an awards ceremony, recognising the outstanding contributions and record-breaking achievements across our Tapi stores 🏆 As we move into the final - and busiest - months of the year, there’s still so much more to come. We can’t wait to share what’s next with all of you! 🚀

At Tapi, we believe in standing by our people during their most difficult times. Sadly, one of our Tapi colleagues, Jason, is facing an unimaginable situation as his son is currently in hospital following multiple strokes and brain bleeds caused by two large blood clots.   To support the family, a GoFundMe page has been set up, and in addition to many colleagues already donating, Tapi have made a donation on behalf of the company to help with medical expenses and ongoing care.
