I’m proud to officially launch Formr. After ten years in Life Sciences executive search, I’m excited to be starting a new chapter, co-founding Formr with Oliver Brown. We bring 17 years of combined experience partnering with leading Life Sciences organisations around the world. My focus has been on commercial leadership hiring, while Oliver’s expertise lies in technical search. Together, we’ve built a model that connects both sides of the Life Sciences ecosystem. Formr was created from a shared belief that successful Life Sciences companies are built by bringing the right people together, across both technical and commercial functions. We wanted to create a search partner that truly understands both sides, and the connection between them. At Formr, we specialise in identifying and attracting senior technical and commercial leaders, helping companies scale, innovate, and succeed. We work with ambitious start-ups and established global organisations.
