    Great to be back at Procurecon Marketing 2026 this morning discussing "How AI and agentic systems are reshaping media agency services — and the commercial models that underpin them." A big thank you to Matt Hotten at JLR, Max Jaeger at Salesforce and Anca Marc at Vodafone Procure & Connect— for a sharp and timely conversation as to where our industry is heading. A few themes stood out clearly: - The future won’t be about replacing people with AI, but about building better AI (Artificial Intelligence) + PI (People Intelligence) systems - In this world, stronger operational governance, transparency and oversight will be key, but commercial models will change - Having technology that is open and interoperable will be a crucial competitive advantage for AI driven marketing science - The industry is moving from input-based/FTE pricing toward output- and workflow-optimised models One of the central points from the session was that to supercharge and scale transformation demands a shift that is not just technological — it’s operational and commercial.
