And we’re pulling back the curtain on how the global leader in custom window coverings has successfully deployed an AI concierge for every customer. We kicked off with Charmaine Vallance - Poole, Gabriel Pires, Hariss Amin and the team with the goal of replacing rigid IVR trees and slow resolutions with faster, more delightful customer interactions.
